Crime Report on 1 March 2015

1. A Burglary case FIR No. 14/15 has been registered at PS East  on 01.03.2015 u/s 457,380 IPC on the application of Sunil Mehra s/o late Sh. Krishan Mehra r/o Rooks haven forest road Shimla alleging therein  that, yesterday at about 9.30 pm some unknown person broken the door lock of his house and stolen away 5 lack cash, gold and silver ornament. The case is being investigated by Insp./SHO Gopal Verma PS East.

2. A Burglay case FIR No.18/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 28-02-15 u/s 454,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jeewa Nand S/o Sh Abhi Ram R/o Manan PO. Shilaroo tehsil Kumarsain at persent working as a Security Guard in Indian sports authority complex Shilaroo stated that one person namely Pammi S/o Sojia Ram R/o Vill Bangala Colony Engine ghar Sanjauli Shimla has  stolen away taps & angle lock from the bathroom of Indian sports authority complex Shilaroo. Accused person has been arrested and case is being investigated by HC Krishan Lal I/O PS. Kumarsain.

3. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No 17/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 28-2-15 u/s 353,332 IPC on the application of Sh. Sandeep Sharma S/o Sh Amar Nath R/o Jalawani PO. Nareli Teh. & Distt Hamirpur a/p conductor in Bus No HP 25A 0937 HRTC Recongpeo Depo alleging therein that when Bus reached at Sainj one lady and man boarded in the bus. When he asked them for fair(ticket) both the person lady namely Shankutla Devi and other men assaulted him and made obstruction to deter his duty. The case is being investigated by HC Govind I.O  PP Sainj PS Kumarsain.

4. ND&PS Act case FIR No 12/15 dated 1-03-2015 U/S 20- 61-85 ND &PS Act has been registered at  PS Jubbal on the ruka of HC Venay No 223 I/O PS Jubbal stated that when he was  on patrolling and traffic checking duty  along with PS staff  at Jubbal Kanchi at about 10-15 am one HRTC Bus No HP 10A 6494 was coming from Summar Kot towards Chandigarh which was cheeked by police in which a carry bag found on the rack of this bus and found 1 Kelo 300 gm Charse no one person claimed of this carry bag, Therefore above case has been registered against unknown person accordingly. Case is being investigated by HC Venay kumar No 223 I/O PS Jubbal

5.  A cheating fraudulently& dishonestly case FIR No 35/15 U/S 420, 467,468,& 471 IPC has been registered at PS Theog on the complaint of Smt. Laxmi Davi W/o Sh. Devi Ram R/o Village Dero P.O Dharampur (Madhan) Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla HP. The land documents of Smt. Laxmi Devi have got dishonestly by Mr. Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Ranjeet R/o Village Banoni P.O Bhatara Tehsil Sarkaghat Mandi and the same documents have been  used to  get the lone purpose in the bank of  Managing Director HP Minority Finance and Development Corporations S.D Complex Kasumpti Shimla by him fraudulently& dishonestly Case is being investigated by ASI Santhok Singh I/O PS Theog.

6. During the last 24 hours total 106 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and I challaned under Mining Act Total Challaned compounded =31 and fine realized Rs 15000/-
