1. An Excise Act case FIR No 09/15 has been registered at PS Chirgoan on 04.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Munish Raj Sharma, SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 04.03.2015, during patrolling at Todsa, he recovered 36 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmour Orange from the possession of Munsi Ram S/o Sh. Durga Nand R/o Shagli at present Village Tolda, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Munish Raj Sharma SHO PS Chirgaon.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 36/15 has been registered at PS Theog Shimla today i.e. 05.03.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the complaint  of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Sher Singh R/o Village Malehadi, PO Mahori, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that on 04.03.2015, after duty he was going to home. When he reached near Mahori Bazar, at the same time on vehicle No. HP-09C-0310 (Alto K-10) driven by Sh. Chetan Chauhan S/o late Sh. Surender Chauhan R/o Village Jaul, PO Kairy, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla came rashly and hit him. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sadhu Ram, I/O PP Chhaila.
3. During the last 24 hours total 176 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 02 persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challaned compounded = 83 an  fine realized Rs 23,900/-

1.    Accused Raman Kumar S/o Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Villlage Lathavi, PO Gohar, Tehsil Ghumarwin, Distt. Bilaspur, age 25 years and Ajeet @ Pawan S/o Sh. Dinesh Singh R/o Village Chhota Mehar, PO Jhatkandi, Tehsil Satpuli, Tehsil & Distt. Pauri, Uttrakhand, age 21 years have been arrested in case FIR No. 14/15 Dt. 04.03.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sunni, are on police remand upto 09.03.2015.

2.    Two accused namely Surender Singh S/o Sh. Prem Singh R/o Village Daina, PO Choeg, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 29 years and Bhupender S/o Sh. Raghu Ram R/o Village Batlad, PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, Shimla age 30 years have been arrested in case FIR No. 71/15 Dt. 01.03.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli, released on bail by trial court.

3.     Accused Deepak S/o Sh. Kehar Singh R/o Village Bajvi, PO Matiana, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 19 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 72/15 Dt. 01.03.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli, today sent to judicial custody by the trial court.
