Crime Report on March 08, 2015

1.     A Theft case FIR No. 49/15 is registered at PS Sadar  on dated 07.03.2015 U/S 380, 420, 465, 468, 511 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pramod Kumar Manager IT Circle Office The Mall Shimla alleging therein that he found that in ATM machine card reader was not in its proper position when he checked the device came out in his hand and at the same time when he looked up he found a spy camera fixed above the ATM to capture the pin details . He informed PS Sadar immediately. On this Police & Bank authorities monitored the CCTV footage, where they found that the devices are installed by two persons at about 3 PM . Then the Police team and Bank authorities regularly monitored the live CCTV footage and about 6.35 PM both persons came back to take the devices and captured both the persons namely Sleem Ahmad Shekh s/o Ahmad Younis Shekh R/O Siryadri PO Maheshwari Road 4th floor Room No 417 Noorbag Mumbai and Mehbar Mohd Rafik S/O Mohd Rafik R/O H.NO 195 Zakria Maszid Rafy tower -9 floor flat No 901 Opposite Zakria Maszid Mumbai on spot .Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh I/O P.S Sadar Shimla.

2.     An Accident case FIR NO. 14/15 is registered at PS Jubbal on dated 07.03.15 U/S 279,337,201 IPC &187 MV ACT on the statement of sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Nanku Ram R/O Batadi, Tehsil & PS Shilai, Distt Sirmour, presently working as laborer with contractor Rajender Negi alleging therein that on dated 07.03.2015 at 05.30 PM they were metalling the road in the same time a vehicle Tata 407 No. HP-09C-0631 come and hit to him and sh. Naresh Kumar labourer. The driver of above vehicle run away from the spot. In this incident they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay Kumar NO. 223 I/O PS Jubbal, Shimla..

3.     During last 24 hours Total 89 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 04 challaned under Mining Act. Total Challan compounded= 93 and Fine realized Rs. 21,400/-.

Follow-Up

1. Two accused namely  Sleem Ahmad Shekh s/o Ahmad Younis Shekh R/O Siryadri PO Maheshwari Road 4th floor Room No 417 Noorbag Mumbai and Mehbar Mohd Rafik S/O Mohd Rafik R/O H.NO 195 Zakria Maszid Rafy tower -9 floor flat No 901 Opposite Zakria Maszid Mumbai have been arrested in case FIR No. 49/15 Dt. 07.03.2015 U/S 380, 420, 465, 468, 511 IPC at PS Sadar on dated 07.03.2015.
