A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 136/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 31.03.2015 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Desh Raj Guleria, I/O PS Dhalli, Shimla stated therein that on 31.03.2015 at 06-40 PM, during patrolling at Dhalli, one person namely Neeraj Kumar S/o Sh. Surender Kumar R/o Village & PO Khagna, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla A/P Dhrewala Niwas Frood, Lower Cemetery, Shimla, intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 18 bottles of Fancydril restricted medicine from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Desh Raj Guleria, I/O PS Dhalli.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 32/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 31.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhoop Singh I/C PP Jeori, Shimla stated therein that on 31.03.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Badhal near Panchayat Ghar. At about 04:45 PM, one person namely Kulwinder Singh S/O Sh. Narander Singh R/O Khawangi, Tehsil Kalpa, Distt Kinnaur was coming towards Primary school Badhal, intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 05 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhoop Singh I/C PP Jeori, Shimla.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 60/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 31.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Lachhami Ram, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla stated therein that on 31.03.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Lower Bazar Shimla. At about 09:00 PM, one person namely Vinod Kumar S/o Late Sh. Deep Ram R/o House No. 07, Ghada Sarai, Cart Road Shimla, age 34 years intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 12 bottles of English liquor marka Mc Dowells from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhami Ram, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
An Excise Act case FIR No. 61/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 31.03.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Paramjit Singh, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla stated therein that on 31.03.2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Lower Bazar & Ram Bazar Shimla. During patrolling, one person namely Shabir Ahmad Shaikh S/o Sh. Gul Mohd. Shaikh, R/o 65 Gultigund Verinag, PO Doru (J&K), age 30 years, intercepted by them. During search, he recovered, 12 nips of English liquor marka Blue Patrol Premium Whisky Scotch, from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhami Ram, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
A Dog Biting case FIR No. 31/15 dt. 31.03.2015 U/S 289 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yar Mohammad S/O Sh. Altaaf Hussain R/O Badhal, PO Jeori, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 06.03.2015, his son Taajdeen was going to his room. At the same time a pet dog of his neighbourer bite his son. The case has been investigate by HC Gopal Singh, I/O PP Jeori .
A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No.15/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 31.03.2015 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rakesh Tanta S/o Sh. Laiq Ram Tanta R/o Lahroti, PO Dochi, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla stated therein that he was coming from Kotkhai to Jubbal alongwith his brother Gian Tanta in the vehicle No. HP-10B-0711. When they reached near Kaina Kenchi, a Pick-UP No HP-63-3641 obstructed his way & one person namely Rohit alongwith his two friends came out from the above vehicle and beaten them. The case is being investigated by SI Laiq Ram, SHO PS Jubbal.
A Trespass case FIR No. 73/15 has been registered at PS West on 01.04.2015 U/S 456 IPC on the complaint of Sh. S.G. Verma A/P Nodel Security Officer, FRU Anandpur, Shimla stated therein that on 01.04.2015 at about 12-15 PM one person namely Gopal Bahadur S/o Late Sh. Ravi Dharti R/o Village Pokhari, PO & PS Machhi, Panchayat Mange, Nepal caught red handed by ITBP Guard, while he was entering in the premises by trespassing the boundary Wall. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS West.
An Accident case FIR No. 74/15 has been registered at PS West on the statement of Sh. Virender Kumar S/o Sh. Prakash Chand R/o Village Nara, PO Galod, Tehsil & Distt. Hamirpur stated therein that he is working as Driver in HRTC Unit-1, Shimla. On 30.03.2015, he reached at ISBT Shimla and parked Bus near HRTC Petrol Pump. After taking a meal when he reached near Pappi Dhaba, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-2053 came rashly towards Tutikandi bifurcation and hit him. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS West.
During the last 24 hours total 180 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act & 02 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challaned compounded = 64 and fine realized Rs 28,100/-

Accused Gopal Bhadur S/O Lt. Sh. Ravi Dharti R/O Vill. Pokhri P.O. & PS Machhi G.P. Mange Nepal arrested today in case FIR No. 73/15 Dt. 01.04.2015 U/S 456 IPC at PS West and will be produced before Ld. JMIC-5 on 02.04.2015.
Accused Arshad Khan S/o Sh. Nanhe Khan R/o Kutub Masjid Near PS Sadar, Shimla, age 39 years arrested today in case FIR No. 14/15 Dt. 01.03.2015 U/S 392, 34 IPC at PS East.
