1. An Accident case FIR No- 25/15 has been registered at PS Rohru on 26.04.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Smt Kamlesh W/o Sh. Mahu Ram R/o  Village Pujarli, PO Sammerkot, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla age 32yrs stated therein that on 26.04.2015 at about 05-15 PM, when she was at Rohru Bus Stand, at the same time  a yellow colour  Bike driven by Rajneesh S/o Sh. Sohan Singh R/o Village & PO Arhal, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla, came rashly from Rohru side and  hit her. In this incident she sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru

2. A Wrongful restraint and Criminal intimidation case FIR No 38/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today i.e. 27.04.2015 U/S 341,323,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Kumar S/o Sh. Palas Ram R/o Vill Dhadhar, PO Batari, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt Shimla stated therein that today at about 10:00 AM when he was at Kotgarh Bazar, one person namely Anil Mehta S/o Sh Prakash Chand R/o Village Majhgawon, PO Bhutti, obstructed his way & beaten him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Krishan I/O PS Kumarsain.

3. During the last 24 hours total 167 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 57 and fine realized Rs 19,900/-

1. Four Accused namely 1) Rajender Singh S/O Jeevan Singh R/O Vill. Judu Po Kupvi Tehsil Kupvi Distt Shimla , 2) Devender Singh S/O Lt. Sh.Durga Singh R/O Tikkar P.O Chadoli Tehsil Kupvi Distt Shimla, 3) Gulab  Singh S/o Kumbh Dass vill Juddu, PO Kupvi and 4) Suresh Kumar S/O Sita Ram Vill. Shilal PO & Tehsil Kupvi Distt Shimla have arrested today in case FIR No. 18/15 Dt. 26.04.2015 U/S  379 IPC & 41,42 IF ACT PS Nerwa, is on police remand upto 29.04.2015.                                    

2. Accused Harpreet Singh S/O Sh. Surinder Singh R/O Kothi No. 4 Upper Kaithu Shimla , 2. Sunny Lakhanpal S/O Sh.R.K. Lakhanpal R/O Set No. 2 Avtar Bhawan Fingask Estate Sadar Shimla, 3.Varun Vaid S/O Sh. Gopal Krishan Vaid R/O Aditya Cottage Narang House near KNH Chhota Shimla have been arrested in case FIR No. 89/15 Dt. 23.04.2015 U/S 336,307,427,34 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act P.S. West, today sent to judicial custody by the Trial Court.

3. Accused Saleem @ Sonu S/o Sh. Abdul Wahid R/o Fatma Masjid Gali , Thana Kohlapur, Distt. Mujjafar Nagar, UP age 42 years and 2) Mahender Singh S/o SH. Beli Ram R/o Village Tippari, PO Jar, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla, age 37 years have been arrested in case FIR No 37/15 Dt. 23.04.2015  U/S 379,411 IPC & 32,33 IF Act PS Kumarsain, today bailed by the trial court.
