Crime Report 21 April, 2015

1. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 24/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on  20-04-15 u/s 341,323,506,34 IPC on the Complaint of Jitender S/o Ishwar Dass R/o Village Mini PO Gawas Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on  20-04-15 at 7.30 pm Ashok S/o Surender Singh and Manoj S/o Dhiyan Dass R/o Village Mini PO. Gawas Tehsil Cchirgaon Distt Shimla obstructed his way and beaten him. The case is being investigated by  ASI  Kuldeep Kumar I.O. PS Chirgaon. 
2. An Accident  case FIR No.23/15 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 20-4-2015 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Raj kumar S/o Parkash Chand Vill Bhavana PO Jadol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi stated therein  that when he was going to Sonthal from in his vehicle No. HP 62-2090 (Tipper)  after one km ahead a vehicle No HP 01-3201 hit his vehicle due to rash & negligent driving and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I.O. PS Sunni.
3. A Theft case FIR No. 05/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi today on 21-05-15 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Daulat Ram s/o Sh. Bhoop Singh R/o Vill. Chayama PO Tharoli Tehsil Kupvi alleging therein that in the month of Jan. 2015 he kept household cooking articles i.e. bag of pulses, rice & etc. in the premises of his house which were stolen by Dinesh Kumar s/o Kirpa Ram and Kapil Dev S/o Dula Ram resident of his village.
4. During the last 24 hours total 107 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 02 Challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 59 and fine realized Rs 11,500/-
