Crime Report 22 April, 2015

1.   A Burglary case FIR No. 52/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 21.04.2015 U/S 380 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Akhil Chaudhary S/o Sh. Nasir Ahmad R/o Akhil Gold Smith Shop, Shali Bazaar, Theog stated therein that on 19.04.2015, when he checked CCTV footage and found that on 14.04.2015 at about 12-00 noon, three persons (one gents, one lady age about 40 years & one girl age about 20 years) came to his shop and stolen away golden ornaments i.e.  one chain, one Pandle and one Mangalsutra from his shop. The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain, I/O PS Theog.  

2.   An Accident case FIR No. 76/15 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 21.04.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Jawahar Lal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla stated therein that one vehicle no. PB-02Y-4963 Satro car met with and accident and rolled down from the road near Sainik Rest House Keleston due to rash & negligent driving of Dharma Pal. Two persons namely Gulab Singh S/o Sh. Ratti Ram R/o Village Soza, PO Vally, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Mandi A/P Security Guard at IGMC Shimla and Driver  Dharam Pal S/o Sh. Deep Ram R/o Village Soza, PO Vally, Tehsil Sunder Nagar, Mandi sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar Lal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.  

3.   An Accident case FIR No. 88/15 has been registered at PS West on 21.04.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Nokh Ram S/o Sh. Karam Chand R/o Village Kariyali, PO Jabri, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla age 37 years stated therein that on 21.04.2015, he alongwith Sunil S/o Late Sh. Rati Ram R/o Ghandal, PO Shakrah, Shimla were going to home from Totu in Motorcycle No. HP-63B-0721. At about 07-35 PM, when they reached near Dhanda, at the same time one Alto Car No. HP-01A-5218 came rashly in wrong direction and hit their motorcycle and ran away from the spot. Above both persons sustained injuries in this accident.

4.   During the last 24 hours total 69 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded = 34 and fine realized Rs 20,000/-

1. Accused Ramesh Kumar S/o Kesru Ram R/o Vill Dhleu PO Cheog Tehsil & Distt. Theog arrested in case FIR No. 152/15 u/s 39 HP Excise Act at PS Dhalli bailed out today by trial court.
