Crime Report 05 April, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR NO. 44/15  has been registered at PS Theog on 4-4-15 U/S 279 ,337 IPC on the statement of Pankaj S/o late Sh. Jia Lal Vill. Sharshaya PO Rampur Tehsil Nirmond stated therein that on 04-04-15 he was coming to Shimla in Motorcycle No. HP 06-5421 driven by Ram Lal. When they reached at Miltray Camp Matiyana at the same time one HRTC Bus No. HP 42-1130 came rashly and negligently toward  Theog and hit the motorcycle. In this incident complainant and Ram Lal sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Inder I.O PS Theog.
2. A Tresspass case FIR No. 45/15 has been registered at PS Theog on today i.e. 05-04-2015 u/s 452,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sunita Devi w/o late Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o Shalothi PO Nanari Tehsil Theog at present VPO Sainj Tehsil Theog stated therein that on today when she was slept in her rented room at the same time Nirmla and rinky entered in her room and beaten her. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I.O PS Theog.
3. A wrongful restraint case FIR No. 79/15 has been registered at PS West on today i.e. 05-04-2015 u/s 341,504,506,34 IPC  on the complaint of Smt. Indira Verma w/o Sh. Ishwar Verma r/o Verma Niwas near railway station Shoghi alleging therein that on 05-04-2015 Inder Dutt,Meena, Harit and Ramit stopped her way, abusing and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder I.O PS West.
4. During the last 24 hours total 105 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 05 Challan under smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 66 and fine realized Rs 26,600/-
