1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 23/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 17-04-15 u/s 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Munish Sharma alleging therein that on 17-04-2015 when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at the same time as per secrete information he made search of the shop of Rajinder Singh s/o Sh. Banka Ram R/o Vill Disvani PO Kaloti Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla and recovered 58 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmour Orange. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Munish Sharma PS Chirgaon.
2. During the last 24 hours total 219 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 01 Challan under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded = 98 and fine realized Rs 33,500/-

Saju Ram R/O VPO Kummi, Teh. & PS Balh, Distt Mandi, HP, 3) Sunil @Sonu S/O Sh. Saju Ram VPO Kummi, Teh. & PS Balh, Distt Mandi, HP, arrested in Case FIR NO. 22/15 Dated 10-4-2015 U/S 379,34 IPC at PS Sunni bailed out today.
3. Accused Sunil Chauhan Karam Chand S/O Lt Sh. Bijuli Ram R/O Shalag PO Jahu Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 62/15 has Dt. 14-4-2015 u/s 307 IPC PS Rampur Sent on Judicial Custody upto 30-04-2015 by trail Court.
