Crime Report on March 04, 2015

1. A Burglary case FIR NO 20/15 has been registered at PS Suni on today i.e. 04-04-2015 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the application of Bhavneshwari Kapoor JBT. teacher GPS Dhadyog Block Sunni Distt Shimla stated therein that in the midnight of 3/4-2015 some unknown person has stolen one full cylinder & one pressure cooker from the kitchen of GPS Dhadyog and also stolen one full cylinder from Aanganwari centre of Dhadyog The case is being investigated by SI/SHO  Tilak Chand PS Sunni.
2. A Disfigurement Act case FIR No. 138/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 03-04-2015 on the rukka of HC Rameshwar I.O PS Dhalli stated therein that when he was on patrolling toward Bhattakufar he found that one poster namely VINTAGE Himachals N0-1 Coaching Academy was pasted on the wall of HPPWD office. The case is being investigated by HC Rameshwar I.O PS Dhalli.
3. A Burglary case FIR No. Case FIR No 25/15 has been registered at PS East on today i.e. 04-04-15 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Mr Jiwan Lal Arya S/O Sh Bhim Rao Arya R/O Buddys Fast Restaurant Nav-Bahar Shimla-2 stated therein that on 03-04-15 at 9.30 PM , he went to Sanjauli for purchase some items. When he came back to his quarter, his room was open and ,one Bag containing cloths , Cash Rs-800/,Mobile Phone etc have been  stolen by unknown person . The case is being investigated by ASI Naresh Kumar I.O PS East.

1. One Sh. Narender Singh S/o SH. Tashi Palzar R/o Village Giabong tehsil pooh.Disst Kinour Age 22 years A/p Nirmal Roop Niwas,  Shanan, Sanjauli, Shimla has committed suicide by hanging. The deadbody of deceased has been sent to IGMC for postmortem and postmortem will be conducted after arrival of his relatives from Kinnaur.

Dangar  PS Bharari Distt Bilaspur & Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh Gola Ram PO Ree PS & Tehsil Sujanpur Distt Hamirpur age 44 Years arrested in  case  FIR No. 63/15 Dt. 02-3-15 U/S 307,323,34 IPC & 25,27-54-59 Arms Act PS Sadar, today produced before Ld. CJM Court, Shimla and their bail application rejected by the court and sent to Judicial custody till 16.04.2015.  

2. Accused Mukesh S/O Ganeshwar R/O H.No300 Peer Colony Rajpura Tehsil Patiala PB. has been arrested in FIR No 25/15  Dt. 04-04-15 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS East Shimla.

3. Accused i) Santosh vasniyat @ Bittu S/o Sh. Prem Bahadur R/o Village & PO Guleriya, Tehsil. Kolpur, Distt. Kolpur, Nepal age 22 yrs, ii) Nikhil S/o Sh. Ram Bhadur R/o Village & PO  Kolpur Distt. Nepal Ganj Nepal  age 20 yrs , Gopal Pun S/o Rup Lal R/O Vill.Visouri Tehsil & PS Visouri Distt. Dang age 28 yrs  has been arrested in CASE FIR NO. 09/15 dated. 12.02.2015 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS Jubbal, today sent to judicial remand by the Trial Court.
