1. An Excise Act Case FIR No 73/15 has been regd. at PS Sadar on dated 11/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Lachhmi Singh stated that on 11.04.2015 at 7.00PM he along with staff was on patrolling duty. During patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of country liquor marked as Darling from the possession of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O sh. Kanwar Singh R/O Near Labour Hostel Krishna Nagar, Shimla-1 at Near Footwear Shop Lower Bazar, Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

An Excise Act Case FIR No 82/15 has been regd. at PS West on dated 11/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Shiv Kumar stated that on 11.04.2015 he was on Nakabandi duty with his PS staff at Himachal Tourism Centre, during checking vehicle . NO. HP 03-2404 he recovered 20 bottles of country liquor marked as "Himachal Orange" from the possession of Sh. Virender Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Kumar R/O Vill. Damechi, PO Yolia, Shimla, HP. The Case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.
3. An Accident Case FIR No 15/15 has been regd. at PS Nerwa on dated 11/4/15 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Kram Singh S/O Sh Anant Ram Village Gianh P/O GianhTehsil Chopal Distt Shimla .He stated that on 10/04/2015 at about 6.00 PM when he was to Fawla a vehicle No HP 09 0741 M/Van came from Kuthar which was driven by Gian Singh which rolled down from the road due to negligence of above driver . All three passenger including driver died on spot. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Narender Singh P S Nerwa .
4. A Hurt Case FIR No 72/15 has been regd. at PS Sadar on dated 11/4/15 U/S 325, 323 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Shashi Bhushan R/O Gali NO. 11, H.NO. 3, Lower Bazar, Shimla, alleging therein that Minakshi Sood quarrelling with his wife smt. Kiran Sood. In the above incident her wife Smt. Kiran Sood sustained injuries The case is being investigated by LHC Ramesh Lata I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
5. An Excise Act Case FIR No 83/15 has been regd. at PS West on dated 12/4/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Mohan Lal stated that on 12-04-2015he along with with ppstaff on patrolling duty at Hira Nagar Patrol Pump and checked on M/Car No HP 52 A /8536 and found 10 Boxes Country Liqueur Marka Darling have been found Mr. Om Prakesh S/o Sh. Paras Ram R/o Village Bahikyar P.O Okhroon tehsil & Distt. Shimla., Mr Om Prakesh could not be produced License /Permit to the police. Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PP Jatog
6. Theft caseFIR No18/15 dated 12-04-2015 U/S 379 IPC &41, PS Chopal has been registered on the Rucka of ASI Partap Singh I/O PS Chopal stated that on 11-04-2015 at nightwhen he was along with his staff Nakabandi at Kyari Nala a vhicle No HP 08A 0528 Pickup came from sarin which was stopped for checking .During the checking of this vehicle 28 Nag wooden slipper of Dewdar have found Driver Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Atter Singh R/o Village Chiwan P.O sarain Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla and could not produce any license/ permit to the police case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I/O PS Chopal
7. ND&PS Act case FIR No28/14 Dt. 12.04.2015 U/S 20 ND & PS act has been registered on the RUKKA of SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post kasumpti Shimla, that today on 12.04.2015 at 1.30 PM. When he was present at Malyana road NH-22 for Nakabandi with Police Staff, 500 grams cannabis (Charas) recovered from the carry bag, carrying by Naveen Kumar @ Naku S/O Late Sh. Joginder Singh R/O Ghalayat P.O Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla HP age 25 years {} Case is being investigated by SI Ashish Pathania I/C Police Post kasumpti
8. During the last 24 hours total 106 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, & 01 Challan under mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 38 and fine realized Rs 17500/-
