CRIME REPORT 30 MARCH

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 19/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 30.03.14 U/S 279,304-A IPC on the statement of Sh.  Joginder Singh Negi S/o Tikam Sing Negi R/o Village Sundhabhonda Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla alleging therein that on 29.03.14 at about 4:40 PM at Chirgaon Bazaar An Unkown Pikup hit a lady namely Ramdassi W/o Nirmu Ram and she died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by SI SHO Aashish Samual P.S Chirgaon.

2. An Excise Act Case FIR NO 18/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 29.03.14 U/S 39 EX. Act on the rukka of ASI Chairing Dorje I/C PP Sarahan alleging therein that on 29.03.14 at about 05:30 PM when he was present at Bathara alongwith staff HHC Kamlesh Kumar & HHC Prem lal received a secret information that a person namely Beli Ram S/O Lt. Sh. Dharam Dass caste s/c R/O Bathara tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla sold of local wine at large scale at their house. On this information ASI made a raiding party at the spot. Thus a person Beli Ram sold & put of the wine at their house came into the crime of u/s 39 HP EX. Act 2011. The Case is being investigated by ASI Chairing Dorje I/C PP Sarahan.

3. A ND & PS Act Case FIR No. 41/14 is registered at PS West on 29.03.14 U/S 20 ND & PS Act on the rukka of PSI Rohit Kumar alleging therein that on 29.03.14 at about 05:30 PM when he was present at NH-22 alongwith staff has recovered 25 grams Chars and Rs. 40, 000 from Deepak Kumar S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o Bangali Bagicha Phagli. The Case is being investigated by PSI Rohit Kumar I/O PS West.

4. An Excise Act Case FIR No. 42/14 is registered at PS West on 30.03.14 U/S 39 H.P.Excise. Act on the rukka of HC Yog Raj alinging therein that on 29.03.14 at about 09:45 PM when he was present on Petroling alongwith staff has recovered 12 Botals of Desi Marka wine from two persons namely Jan Bhadur S/o
   Sh. Chandar Singh VPO Pandusain Tehsil Maatadi District Bazraa West Nepal and Rahul Kukar So Sh. Ram Prasaad VPO and Tehsil Dhodhai Dsitrict Dang Nepal. The Case is being investigated by HC Yog Raj I/O PP Dhami.

5. During last 24 hours 189 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act., 02 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 19,000/-.
