CRIME REPORT 22 MARCH

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 33/14 is registered at PS West on 21-03-14 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Brijesh Kumar s/o Sh. Puran Chand R/o Barkeli, PO Barach, Teh. & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that a Motorcycle No. HP30-2192 hit one Mr. Suman, in this incident Suman sustained injury. The Case is being investigated by PSI Rajesh Prashar, I/O PS West.

2. A Theft Case FIR No. 11/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 21-03-14 U/S  379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vishal Paterwal, AE ESD Bagi, Teh. Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that during intervening night 19/20-3-14 some unknown person has stolen away 63 KVA/0-4K.V Transformer from Garong Nala. The Case is being investigated by HC Dev Krishan, I/O PS Kotkhai.

3. A Burglary Case FIR No.31/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 22.03.14 U/S 457, 380IPC on the complaint of Sh. Moti Ram s/o sh. Niku Ram R/o Vill. Dev Nagar, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 22.03.14 at about 6:00 AM  he saw that his goats & sheep are wondering, he saw his shed and found that the lock of shed was broken and one black and white colour goat was found missing. Later on he came to know that one person namely Roshan Lal S/o Sh. Shounu Ram R/o Palzara has stolen away his goat. The Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/o PS Rampur.

4. A Forest Act Case FIR No. 12/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 22-03-14 U/S  379 IPC & 41, 42 IF Act on the on the rukka of ASI Kamal Dev, I/O PS Kotkhai that when he was on patrolling/ nakka duty alongwith staff near Rawalakiar, a vehicle came toward Khaltoo Nalla and stopped at some distance from Naka point. When he moved towards vehicle, some persons sitting in the vehicle suddenly run away due to darkness. The Driver of  vehicle No. HP 10B-272 roundup, he disclosed his name Vicky Koshal S/o Sh. Hukami Ram R/o Vill. Kachi, PO Kathog, Teh. Theog. On the search of vehicle recovered 35 illegal slippers of Deodar. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev, I/O PS Kotkhai.

5. During last 24 hours 61 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 08 person were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 14,000/-.
