CRIME REPORT 29 MARCH

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 31/14 is registered at PS East on 29-03-14 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Manish Mehta S/o Sh. Ami Chand Mehta R/o Deepkunj Niwas Kasumpti, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 28-3-14 he parked his vehicle  No. HP62-1972 in front of his house, one vehicle No. HP01A- 2099 hit his vehicle. In this incident driver of vehicle No. HP01A- 2099 got injured. The Case is being investigated by HC Shish Pal, I/O PP Kasumpti.

2. An Attempt to Suicide Case FIR No. 55/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 28-03-14 U/S 309 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jeev Lal s/o Sh. Dalsar R/o Bangisal, PP Bangisal, Distt. Puithan Nepal, alleging therein that he received a call from Subash Nepali that he has consumed poison and wanted to die. On this information ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Mashobra reached on spot and got medical examined of Subash at IGMC Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Mashobra.

3. A Theft Case FIR No. 32/14 is registered at PS East on 29-03-14 U/S  379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kanwar Aukta C/o Aukta Niwas Pari Mehal, Kasumpti, Shimla, alleging therein that he parked his Maruti Car No. CH03C-5716 near Police Line Road Jiwnoo Colony Kasumpti, during intervening night 26//27.03.14 some unknown person has stolen away his Maruti Car. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal, I/C PP Kasumpti.

4. During last 24 hours 209 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 04 person were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 22,100/-.
