An Excise Case FIR No. 13/14 is registered at PS Jhakri on 13-03-14 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of HC Jawahar Lal, I/O PP Sarahan that when he was on patrolling duty alongwith staff near Gharat, he recovered 2 bottle of illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Dolkar w/o Sh. Bablu R/o Vill. Gharat, PO Sarahan, Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar Lal, I/O PP Sarahan.
During last 24 hours 178 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act., 04 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 22,200/-.
