CRIME REPORT 27 MARCH

1. A House Trespass Case FIR No. 33/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 26-03-14 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Smt. Sunita w/o Sh. Kuldeep Shyam R/o Vill. Nagadhar, Sub Teh. Nankhari, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that when she was present in her house, one Smt. Krishna w/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Nagadhar entered in her room and beat her with blows. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ishwar Singh, I/C TTR Rampur.

2. A Grievous Hurt Case FIR No. 54/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 27-03-14 U/S 325,34 IPC that on 26-3-14 MO PHC Mashobra informed at PP Mashobra, one person namely Joginder Singh R/o Gagal, PO Kairkoti, Teh. & Distt. Shimla brought to PHC for treatment. On this information ASI Ajit Singh I/C Mashobra reached at PHC Mashobra. MO PHC Mashobra conducted his MLC, X-Ray. After the medical examination of Joginder Singh and MLC received on 27-3-14. MO PHC Mashobra mentioned the nature of injuries grievous. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh I/C Mashobra.

3. During last 24 hours 242 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 02 person were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 30100/-.
