A Hurt Case FIR No. 28/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 09.03.14 U/S 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Nitin Sharma S/o Sh. Devi Chand Sharma R/o Vidya Bhawan, New Housing Board Colony Sanjauli, alleging therein that after closing the shop he came back to home and went to the house of Rahul Jinha. There were 3/4 boys took liquor. At about 12.10AM Rahul started arguments with him and hit his head and he got injured. After that his parents took him to IGMC Shimla for treatment & Rahul Jinha also threatened him. The Case is being investigated by HC Bhajan Dass, I/O PS Dhalli.
During last 24 hours 79 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 17,900/-.
