A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No. 27/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 15-03-14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hemant Kumar S/o Sh. Inder Dass R/o Vill. Upper Lahasa, PO & Teh. Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that when he was going to home alongwith Rinku & Bablu, two persons namely Bunty & Naresh obstructed their way and beat them with blows & Kicks. The Case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj, I/O PS Rampur.
During last 24 hours 136 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act., 03 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 19,300/-.
