A ND& PS Case FIR No. 25/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 09.03.14 U/S 20-61-85 NDPS Act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Sainj that on 9-3-14 at 5.00PM when he was on patrolling duty alongwith staff near Sainj, he recovered 50gram charas from the illegal possession of Tej Ram S/o Sh. Ram Chander R/o Vill. Batanor, Teh. Samana, UP A/P Durga Mata Mandir Sharan Dhank Rampur. The Case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal, I/C PP Sainj.
During last 24 hours 177 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act., 19 persons were challaned under Smoking Act The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 29,800/-.
