An Information Technology Act Case FIR No. 29/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 05-03-14 U/S 66A I.T. Act & 504, 186 IPC on the complaint of HC Dhani Ram, MHC PAR The Mall Shimla, alleging therein that on 4-3-14 at about 1.00PM when he was on duty, he received a telephone call, a unknown person using filthy & abusive language continuously in Landline No. 2800100. The Case is being investigated by SHO PS Sadar, Shimla.
During last 24 hours 100 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act., 09 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 10,500/-.
