CRIME REPORT 23 MARCH 2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 34/14 is registered at PS West on 22-03-14 U/S 279 IPC on the application  of Sh. Manohar Lal, J.E. Stores, Bus Stand Shimla, alleging therein that  on 21.03.2014 driver namely Duni Chand hit vehicle no HP-07-A-3426 with a parfait near Beule curve. The Case is being investigated by SI Harish, I/C PP Jutough.

2. An Accident Case F.I.R No. 50/14 is registered at PS Dhalli U/S 279,337 on the statement of Sh. Dharmender Kumar Sharma S/O Sh. Beg Ram R/O Phouji niwas Chhakrail Road Bhatakuffer. Alleging therein  that on dated 23.03.2014 about 8.00 AM when he was standing on Chakrail road one vehicle Alto K-10 No. PB-35-T-4121 fell down about 200 feet down from Chakrail Road Bhattakuffar. Krishan Lal S/O Lt Sh Moti Ram Thakur R/O Shandil Niwas Chakrail Road Bhattakuffar PS Dhalli Distt Shimla was driving the vehicle and his son Piyush was with him. Case is being investigated by HC Pratap Singh No.69 I/O P.S Dhalli Shimla-12.

3. A Criminal breach of trust Case FIR No. 35/14 is registered at PS West on  22.03.2014 U/S 406 IPC on the complainant of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/o Sh. Mauji Ram R/O Village Bharob P.O Anandpur, Shimla alleging therein that  on 25.02.2014 he handed over his Maruti Car No. HP-52-A-1856 to Mahineder for 3 days but said Mahinder did not return above vehicle so far. Case is being investigated by HC. Man Singh No. 239 I/O P.S West.

4. A Theft Case FIR No. 36/14 is registered at PS West on 22-03-14 U/S  379 IPC on the statement of Smt. Reeta Devi R/o Village Panti, P.O. Roudi Tehsil Shimla alleging therein that on 20.03.2014 at around 8.20 AM some unknown persons have withdrawn 15000/- from her account through ATM. The Case is being investigated by SI Harish, I/C PP Jutough.

5. A Burglary Case FIR No.31/14 is registered at PS Theog on 22.03.14 U/S 457, 380IPC on the complaint of Smt. Sumitra Devi w/o Sh. Atma Ram R/o VPO Basa Theog Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 21.01.2014 she went to Pinjor and her husband told that on 06.02.14 her husband told him that on 06.02.2014 some unknown person broke the lock of the door and stolen away cash and jewellary. Case is being investigated by ASI Om prakash I/O PS Theog.

6. During last 24 hours 47 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. 07 person were challaned under Smoking Act. 01 challan under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 10200/-.
