CRIME REPORT 13 MARCH

1. A ND&PS Case FIR No. 14/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 12-03-14 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of PSI Shyam, I/O PS Rohru that when he was on patrolling duty alongwith staff near Bakhirna Bridge, he recovered 220gram charas from the possession of Krishan Chauhan S/o Sh. Baki Ram R/o Vill. Kitarwari, PO Kawar, Teh. Dodra Kawar, Distt. Shimla. The case is being investigated by PSI Shyam, I/O PS Rohru.

2. A Burglary Case FIR No. 33/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 12-03-14 U/S 454, 380, 427 IPC that some unknown person has broken the grill of window and stolen away Wash Besans, Sink, Handle Lock, Blanket, Bed Sheet, Jacket, Sfari Suit, Sari, Sweater, Lamp, Prat, Karai etc. The Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

3. A Cheating Case FIR No. 22414 is registered at PS East on 12-03-14 U/S 420, 120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Sharma S/o Sh. Dula Ram R/o Vill. Gurat, PO Kulag, Teh. Chopal, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that one Mr. Rohit S/o Sh. Subhash R/o VPO Galli, Teh. Nagrota Bagwan, Distt. Kangra A/P Shanti Niwas Shanan Malyana asked his brother, he will provide the job to him in Forest Department on the cost of 2,00,000/-. On this he paid amounting Rs. 2,00,000 to Rohit, but he did not provide him job and cheated with him. The Case is being investigated by LHC Kamlesh, I/O PS East.

4. During last 24 hours 228 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act., 13 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challan is Rs. 26,800/-.
