1.  A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 56/19 Dt. 14.07.19 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Kumarsain, Shimla on the ruka of ASI Jai Singh Incharge PP Sainj alleged therein that today on 14.07.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling/ Traffic checking duty near patrol pump Bithal. At about 05.30 AM they stopped vehicle No.HP06B-1156 for checking. During checking 26 Gram Chitta/Heroin recovered from the possession of Vijay Singh S/O Sh Satvinder Singh R/O Village Padam Nagar Pipti Tehsil Rampur, Jai Parkash S/O Sh Kana Ram R/O Munish PO Munish Bahali Tehsil Rampur & Manjeet S/O Sunil Kumar R/O VPO Thaili Chakti Tehsil Nankhari Shimla. Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh I/O PS Kumarsain.

 

2. HOUSE TRESS-PASS: Case FIR No.158/19 Dt.13.07.19 U/S 451 323 IPC has been registered at PS West on the statement of Sh Rajinder Kumar S/O Sh. Gulab Singh Thakur R/O Dilwana PO Shillai A/P Chayali Summer hill, Shimla alleged therein that he along with three another person's resides in the room at Chayali. On 13.07.2019 at about 07.00 PM when he reached in his room, he saw that his room-mate Dalip Singh sustained injury. After some time he comes to know that, son of Nokhi Ram came in his room and beaten him brutally. Case is being investigating by I/O PP Summer hill.

 

3. During last 24 hours 502 vehicles challaned under MV Act 205 compounded, 18 person challaned under Smoking Act.

Manjeet S/O Sunil Kumar R/O VPO Thaili Chakti Tehsil Nankhari Shimla have been arrested in Case FIR No.56/19 dated 14.07.2019  U/S 21 29 ND & PS Act in PS Kumarsain Shimla are being produce before Ld.Court.
