Crime Report On July 13, 2019.

1.      House Trespass : Case FIR No. 156/19 has been registered at PS West, Shimla on dated 13.07.2019 U/S 451,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Naval Kishore S/o Late Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Chhanot, PO Kanda, Tehsil Ani, Distt Kullu, HP A/P Model Central Jail Kanda, Shimla alleged therein that on dated 12.07.2019 a lady entered in his house alongwith iron rod and threatened him with life and used bulgur language. The case has been registered against her at PS West, Shimla.  

2.      Cheating : Case FIR No. 79/19 has been registered in PS Rohru on 12.07.2019 U/S 406,417,418,420,422,423 IPC  on the application of Himan Chand Kalia S/O Lt Sh. Gorkhu Ram A/P Branch Manager SBI Melthi ,Rohru Distt.Shimla HP  alleging therin that Dev Raj S/O Lt. Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Shallan PO Pujarli No.2 Via Jubbal Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla has availed two loans one for house purpose and second for Apple grading and packing .The total  amount of loan is 49,00,000/-. Dev Raj has produced mortgage deed bearing No. 237/2013 dtd 4/10/2013 but he has not  returned the installments of the loan as per agreement. when the bank officials visit as per law to take the possession of the constructed unit/house, as there was no construction done by the Dev Raj as per agreement for which the bank has passed the huge loan. Dev Raj has willfully breach the term of the legal contract Also Dev Raj has dishonestly, fraudulently and intentionally induced the bank to deliver the loan. Dev Raj dishonestly executed the deed of transfer executed the deed of transfer of interest in the property to bank containing false statement. The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath incharge PP Tikkar, PS Rohru.

3.      During last 24 hours 720 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 332 , 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act.
