Crime Report on July 19, 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.160/19 has been registered at PS West on 18.07.19 U/S 279,337 IPC, 185 MV Act on the complaint of Sh Rajesh Thakur S/o Sh Ram Lal Thakur R/o village Kuthasni P/o Bychidi Tehsil and District Shimla alleging therein that on 18.07.2019 while going towards Yaadgar Hotel in his vehicle No. HP01S 0802 suddenly a vehicle No. HP62A 3648 came rashly and collided with his vehicle. This accident happened due to rash and drunken driving of Ankit Sharma. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I/o Ps West.  

2.   A TRESPASS: Case FIR No.82/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 18.07.2019 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC on the application of Sh. Bhagmal S/O Lt. Sh. Kanah Singh village Hastari PO Samra Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla HP, Shimla alleging therein that on 18.07.2019, when he was working in his shop, son of Najrumal came to his shop and called to his father and phone gave to him. On the phone Nazrumal son started threatening him on phone and cut the phone. After this son of Nazrumal started fighting with him and threatened with dire consequences .The case is being investigated by HC Madan I/O PP Tikker.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 62/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 19.07.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Dalvir Singh S/O Late Sh. Narain Singh R/O Vill. Bagholi PO Praunthi Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla stated therein that today on 19.07.2019 a vehicle No DL3CCP-2955 Swift Dzire met with an accident near village Bagholi in which 04 persons sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by ASI Deepak Kumar I/O PS Jubbal. 

4.   During last 24 hours 769 vehicles challaned under MV Act 179 compounded, 09 person challaned under Smoking Act. 01 person challaned under Mining Act.

1.   Accused (i) Deepak Thakur S/O late. Sh. Karun Bahadur R/O vill. Hangsapur Ward no. 1 PO GhatekholaTeh. & Distt. Daang Anchal Rapti Age 27years and (ii) Inder Bhadur S/o Late Sh. Dil Bahadur Rana R/O village Sanoli PO & PS Bherva Anchal Lumini Nepal arrested in Case FIR No. 81/19 dated 18-07-2019 U/S 302, 34 IPC at PS Rohru are on Police remand up to 22.07.2019.
