Crime Report on 6th July 2019

1. A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 71/19 Dt. 05.07.19 U/S 21 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Kotkhai Shimla on the ruka of HC Ashok I/O PS Kotkhai alleged therein that on 05.07.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Kotkhai. During patrolling they intercepted Himanshu S/O Sh Raj Kumar R/O Rawinkila PO Dhandi Ghunsa Jubbal and Karan Dhiraj Dhanta S/O Sh Bhagwan Singh R/O Village Mihana PO Dochi Tehsil Jubbal Shimla and recovered 17 gram Chitta/Heroin from their possession Case is being investigating by HC Ashok I/O PS Kotkhai.

4.    During last 24 hours 793 vehicles challaned under MV Act 162 compounded, 20 person challaned under Smoking Act.

            Distt. Shimla and Karan Dhiraj Dhanta S/O Sh Bhagwan Singh R/O Village Mihana            

           PO Dochi Tehsil Jubbal have been arrested in Case FIR No.71/19 dated 05.07.2019       

           U/S 21 ND & PS Act in PS Kotkhai Shimla are being produce before Ld. Court.
