Crime report on July, 17, 2019

1.  ND & PS ACT : Case FIR No 75/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 16.07.2019 U/S  279,337 IPC on the ruka of HC Raj Kumar no 216 I/O PS Kotkhai alleged therein that on 16.07.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Gumma. On duty they saw a person namely Paras Khemta S/o Sh. Jagdish Khemta vill Baghal P/o Gleha Teh Kotkhai Distt Shimla in unconscious condition near Gumma. They brought him to the CHC Kotkhai. During search 128 tablets of Natrovet -10 recovered from his possession. Case is being investigating by HC Raj Kumar.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 101/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 16.07.2019 U/S  279,337 IPC on the statement of Harbans Singh S/O Sh.Ram Singh Vill. Khanewali PO Devnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on dated 16.07.19 at Kishti Point near Nogli one Swift Car No HP06A-8220 met with as accident. In which One person injured. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of car driver Pradeep Kumar. Case is being investigating by HC Pawan Kumar No 223 I/O PS Rampur.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 78/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 16.07.2019 U/S  279,337,304-A IPC on the statement of Sh Ram Lal Sharma R/o Vill- Naiena Chiwna Badlawag PO- Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla he stated therein that on the to home he heard noise at Naiena and found that an Alto  Car No HP08A-2060 rolled down from the road . In this accident a person namely Suraj S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Vill- thalog Po-Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla died on the spot and Yoginder S/o Sh. Rati Ram r/o Vill- Thalog Po-Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla was injured. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Yogender.Case is being investigating by Inspr. Hukum Singh SHO PS Chopal.  

4.  During last 24 hours 427 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 106 and 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Follow-up

1.   Accused Paras Khemta S/O Jagdish Khemta R/o Vill. Baghal, PO Galeha, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, HP, arrested in Case FIR No. 75/19 Dt. 17.07.19 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS PS Kotkhai is being produced before the Ld.Court.
