Crime Report on July, 18, 2019

1.   An Accident: Case FIR No  59/19 Dated 17-07-19 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Jhakhri on  the  statement  of  Sh Rameshwer  Gautam  S/O  Sh. Mahesh Gautam R/O Village Totu PO Dealth  Tehsil  Rampur, Shimla  alleged therein that on 17-07-19 he along with Dalip Kumar were going  to  Rampur on Motor cycle No. HP 06A-5348. When they reached near Jhakhri Bazar at the same time Car No HP86-2470 came from Rampur side hit his M/Cycle and run away from the spot. They got injured in this incident. Case is being investigating by the HC Vinod Kumar I/O PS Jhakhri.

2.      An Accident: Case FIR No 81/19 Dated 18-07-19 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS East Shimla on  the  statement  of  Sh Devi Ram S/O Sh Moti Ram R/O Sangrah PO Nashloh Tehsil Sadar Mandi alleged therein that today he was going to Mandi from Tiyuni in his Truck/Tralla No. HP 65 6536 loaded with JCB, when he reached near Mehali Shimla then Truck No.PB11BR 5664 came from Shimla side, hit his truck and run away from the spot.

3.    During last 24 hours 567 vehicles challaned under MV Act 154 compounded, person challaned under Smoking Act.
