Crime Report on 5th July 2019

1. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 97/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on  04.07.19 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act on the ruka of HC Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Rampur alleged therein that on 04.07.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Nirath. During patrolling they intercepted Ranjay Pal S/O Sh Moti Singh R/O Village Moin PO Nirath Tehsil Nirmand  Kullu,  Digamber S/O Sh Lal Chand R/O Bhaira PO Naula Tehsil Rampur and Roop Singh S/O Sh Suresh Kumar R/O Nirsu PO Duttnagar Tehsil Rampur and recovered 6 gram chitta/Heroin from their possession Case is being investigating by HC Pawan I/O PS Rampur. Shimla .   
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 73/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 04.07.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of Insp. Vikas Sharma SHO PS Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that on 04.07.2019 at about 07-30 PM, he was on patrolling alongwith staff at Shalawat Summerkot, on the secret information, he alongwith staff conducted raid at the shop of Rajeev Kumar S/O Late Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Shalawat PO Summerkot Teh. Rohru Dist. Shimla HP and recovered 24 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by Insp.Vikas Sharma SHO PS Rohru,Shimla.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 55/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 04.07.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Noop Ram I/o PS Kumarsain alleging therein that on 04.07.2019 during patrolling duty at Kotighat along with staff he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Chaman Lal S/o late Sh Bihari Lal R/o VPO Kotighat tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Kumarsain.
4. During last 24 hours 787 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =162, 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1.    Accused (i) Ranjay Pal S/O Sh Moti Singh R/O Village Moin PO Nirath Tehsil Nirmand  Kullu,  (ii) Digamber S/O Sh Lal Chand R/O Bhaira PO Naula Tehsil Rampur and (iii) Roop Singh S/O Sh Suresh Kumar R/O Nirsu PO Duttnagar Tehsil Rampur arrested in Case FIR No. 97/19 at PS Rampur on  04.07.19 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act are being produced before Ld court on, today.
