Crime Report On July 21, 2019.

1.      Excise Act : Case FIR No. 60/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain stated therein that during investigation of case FIR No. 56/19 u/s 279 IPC,  he recovered 12 bottles of liquor marked as Santra No. 1 from the accidental vehicle No. HP09C-3220 involved in above case. The driver/owner Jagdish S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Village Darjoli, PO Mahori, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP could not produced the permit of above liquor. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain.  

2.      Excise Act :  Case FIR No. 80/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Chopal stated therein that on dated 20.07.2019 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Pulbahal, during patrolling he recovered 9.5 Bottles of country liquor from the possession of Layak Ram S/o Sh. Surat Singh R/o Vill. Khadki, PO Basadhar, Tehsil Chopal, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Chopal.

3.      Accident :  Case FIR No. 59/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Chand R/o Village Sheel Karyali, PO Shilaru, Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 20.07.2019 at about 3.20 PM he was going towards Shilaru in his motorcycle, as he reached at near Karyali More he saw that a vehicle No. HP09C-3220 driven by Jagdish S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Village Darjoli, PO Mahori, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP come rashly and hit an Alto K10 Car No. HP09C-3587. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain.  

4.      Accident :  Case FIR No. 71/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Dhan Bhahadur S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/o Vill. Rokum, PO Khalang, Tehsil Rokum, Distt Ravti, Nepal A/P C/o Subhash Village Andhra, PO Kanthli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 20.07.2019 at about 9.30 AM he alongwith a lady was going to do work in Bolero Camper No. HP63-0165 driven by Anil S/o Sh. Subhash Chand R/o Vill. Andhra, PO Kanthli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla. When they reached Near Garadhar, driver Anil lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. In this accident he and the lady sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.

5.      During last 24 hours 689 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 163 , 12 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act.
