Crime Report on July 08, 2019

1. A ND&PS Act:  Case FIR No. 54/19 has been registered at PS New Shimla on  07.07.19 U/S 18, 20 ND&PS Act on the ruka of  ASI Yudhister Singh I/O PS N/Shimla alleged therein that on 06.07.2019 at about 04.30 PM he along with staff were on vehicle checking duty near PS N/Shimla. During checking of vehicle No. HP63- 6249 they recovered 7.45 gram Charas & 3.03 gram Opium from the possession of Hem Raj Thakur S/O Sh Bhikham Ram R/O Shop No.63 Alley No.2 Lower Bazar Shimla. The Case is being investigated by HC Balwinder I/O PS New/Shimla.
2. A CHEATING: Case FIR No 42/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 07.07.19 U/S 420, 34 IPC in which complainant alleging there in that at about 11/11:30 AM complainant gave a gold chain to Viki and Ajay shah for washing. Viki put her chain in a bowl and mix some liquid chemical in bowl after some time complainant saw that the colour of the gold chain has decreased. When she asked them about this.  They both Viki and Ajay Shah ran away from the spot. The Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Nerwa. 
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 74/2019 has been registered in PS Rohru on 07-07-2019 U/S 341, 279, 506 IPC on the application of Sh. Bisham Thakur S/O Sh. Vijay Singh Thakur R/O Vill. Buthara PO Kutara Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP, alleging that on dated 06-07-2019 at about 8.30pm when he was going in his vehicle Bolero No. HP10B-1035 toward Buthara ,As he reached near curve Indkali Sudden a person namely Aman Bhauta R/O Vill. Gawana PO Kutara Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP driver of vehicle No. HP10A-9799 hit his vehcile and obstructed his way.He also threaten him with dire consequences. The Case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep Singh I/O PS Rohru.
4. AN ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONNEL SAFETY OF OTHER : Case FIR No 75/19 has been registered at PS East on 07.07.2019 U/S 336,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Sandeep S/o Lt Sh Jeet Ram R/O Vill- Geha PO- Sadhupul Tehsil & District Shimla alleging there in that on 07.07.2019 around 10.00 am when he was standing at the road of village Aunhri a car No HP63A 6140  driven by Kuldeep  parked his car idle and he came out from his car and suddenly car fell down 10 mtr down along with other persons.. The Case is being investigated by HC Mahesh No 21 I/O PP Kasumpati.
5. AN ACCIDENT:  Case FIR No 70/19   IPC has been registerd at PS Chirgaon Distt Shimla on 07.07.19 U/S 279,337,304-A IPC  on the statement of  Sonu S/o Sh Prem Singh R/o Vill-Mandi Chowk Babugadh Tehsil Vikas Nagar Distt Dehradun A/P Buisness Sandasu alleging therein that on 07.07.19 a vehicle No.HR 3D 2821 Driven by Hari Bahadur met with an accident at Parvati Kainchi in which one person namely Man Bhadur died on the spot. The Case is being investigated by ASI Prem Singh I/O PS Chirgaon District Shimla.

6.       During last 24 hours 409 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 110 and 5persons challaned under Smoking Act.2  Challan under Mining Act.

1.  Accused Hem Raj Thakur S/O Sh Bhikham Ram R/O Shop No.63 Alley No.2 Lower Bazar Shimla arrested in case FIR No.54/19 on 07.07.2019 U/S 18, 20 ND&PS Act at PS Shimla is being produced before Ld court on today.
