at PS East on 23.07.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of HC
Susheel Kumar I/o SIU Shimla alleged therein that on 23.07.2019 during patrolling at Vikas Nagar Shimla along
with staff he recovered 25 boxes of country
liquor 02 boxes English liquor 02 boxes of Beer from the possession of
Vikas Chauhan S/o Sh Jagdish Chauhan R/o village Gagna P/o Chambi Tehsil Chopal
District Shimla. The case is being I/o PP Kasumpti.
