Crime Report on July, 23, 2019

1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 40/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 22.07.19 U/S 18 20 ND&PS Act at PS Nankhari on the ruka of SI SHO PS Nankhari alleged therein that on 22.07.19 he along with staff were on patrolling at Sidhpur then on a secret information they intercepted a person namely Sh Balveer Singh @ Tinu Pal @ Tinda S/O Sh Kaul Ram R/O Taprog PO Khunni, Nankhari Shimla. During search they recovered 380 gram Charas and 29.37 gram opium along with weighing machine from his possession. Case is being investigating by ASI Chet Ram I/O PS Nankhari.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 63/2019 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 22.07.2019 U/S 39(i) (a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Chinta Mani I/o P.S Jubbal stated therein that today on 22.07.2019 at Mandal Kenchi during checking they recovered 04 Boxes of country liquor from the possession of Vijay Chauhan S/O Sh. Vishan Singh R/O VPO Giltari Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla . The case is being investigated by I/O PS Jubbal.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 84/19 has been registered at PS Rohru  22-7-19 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh.  Dhina Lal S/O Lt.Sh. Mangal Singh R/O village Chikali P/o Annti Teh Jubbal Distt Shimla alleged therein that on 22.07.2019 when he was at Samala a Bike with No HP10A 4335 came from Sungri side ridded by 03 persons and hit his car and sustained injuries to them.  The Case is being investigated by HC Shyam Bihari PS Rohru.

4.    During last 24 hours 661 vehicles challaned under MV Act 170 compounded, 06 person challaned under Smoking Act.
