Case is being investigating by HC Bhupinder I/O PP Sanjauli.

2.  Accident Case: Case FIR No 38/19 Dt.31-07-2019 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Sunni on the statement of Madan Lala S/O Sh Kanshi Ram R/O Village Patukhar PO Reog Tehsil Sunni Shimla alleged therein that today on 31-7-2019 about 11.55 AM when they were working on the road side near Mugna rain shelter a truck no HP62A- 0534 going toward Luhri form Sunni fell down from the road about 90 feet. In this accident two person driver of truck namely Vijay Ram S/O Nikka ram R/O Village Nal PO Ragunathpura Tehsil Sadar Bilaspur and Baldev S/O Sh Ganga Ram R/O Village Kharsi PO Sai Kharsi Tehsil Sadar Bilaspur has sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS Sunni.

Excise Act: Case FIR No. 43/19 Dt. 29.07.19 U/S 39 (i) Excise Act has been registered at PS Nankhari Shimla on the ruka of SI/SHO PS Nankhari Shimla alleged therein that on 29-07-19 he along with PS staff was on patrolling duty then on secret information they raided in the shop of Hira Lal S/O Sh Chain Ram R/O Village Shilla PO Kharahan, Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla and recovered 17 bottles of country liquor from his possession. Case is being investigating by SHO.

Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapon: Case FIR No. 157/19 Dt. 29.07.19 U/S 324 323 341 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on the statement of Sh Jagdish Chand S/O Sh Gian Chand R/O Village Baral PO Taleli, Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi alleged therein that on 28.07.19 at about 08.00 PM he was going to his room at Badash in Govt. vehicle No.HP07A-0507. When he reached near his quarter then Ashok Kumar, Manohar and Vinod obstructed his way and all of sudden Ashok Kumar attacked on him with iron rode causes sharp injury to him. Case is being investigating by HC Virender Mohan I/O PP Lakkar Bazar Shimla.

Excise Act: Case FIR No.136/19 Dt. 28.07.19 U/S 39 (i) Excise Act has been registered at PS Dhalli Shimla on the ruka of ASI Tek Ram I/O PS Dhalli Shimla alleged therein that on 28-07-19 he along with PS staff was on patrolling duty at Kufri Bazar. During patrolling they intercepted a person namely Kishan Chand S/O Lt. Sh. Dharam Singh R/O VPO Kufri, Shimla and recovered 08 bottles of country liquor from his possession. Crime Report On July 28, 2019.

1.      Excise Act : Case FIR No. 135/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on dated 28.07.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of SI Kesar Singh I/O PS Dhalli stated therein that he was on patrolling along with PS Staff at Shanan, a Alto car bearing No HP63A 6539 came from Malyana side stopped and checked, during checking 3 boxes (36 bottles ) of country liquor marka Una No 1 have been recovered from above car. Driver couldn't produce any permit or license for carrying the liquor. Case is being investigated by SI Kesar Singh I/O PS Dhalli.

2.      Excise Act :  Case FIR No. 48/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on dated 27.07.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of SI Pradeep Singh SHO PS Nerwa stated therein that on dated 27.07.2019 on secret information he alongwith staff recovered 6 Bottles of country liquor from the shop of Pratap Khagta S/o Sh. Panu Ram R/o VPO Gian, Tehsil Nerwa, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Pradeep Singh SHO PS Nerwa.

3.      Excise Act : Case FIR No. 04/19 has been registered at PS Deha on dated 27.07.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of SI Paramjeet Singh SHO PS Deha stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Balag, on secret information he recovered 12  bottles of country liquor from the shop of Randheer Pandey S/o Sh. Paras Ram R/o Vill. Nahol, PO Tiyali, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP.  Case is being investigated by SI Paramjeet Singh SHO PS Deha.

4.      Accident :  Case FIR No. 66/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 27.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Kehar Chand R/o Village Katheen, PO Bareri, Tehsil Kumarsain, District Shimla alleging therein that on 27.07.2019 at about 3.30 PM he was at B.D. Fruit Company Khekhar and he saw that a vehicle No. HP35A-1777 coming from Kumarsain side with rash driving and hit an Alto Car No. A/F and rolled down from the road near about 10/15 feet. The vehicle was driven by Chuni lal S/o Sh. Noor Chand R/o Vill. Monder, PO Shwad, Tehsil Ani, Distt Kullu, HP. In this accident two Kids, one lady and driver sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Noop Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.

1.   Excise Act: Case FIR No. 85/19 Dated 26-07-19 U/S 39 (i) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS East Shimla on the ruka of ASI Tenzin Chhering I/C PP Kasumpti alleged therein that on 26-07-19 he along with PS staff was on patrolling/traffic checking  duty near SDA complex Kasumpti. They intercepted one person namely Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh Rattan Chand R/O VPO Hiyaun Tehsil Dharampur District Mandi and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from his possession.

An Accident: Case FIR No.106/19 Dated 26-07-19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur Shimla on the statement of Sh Mohinder Mehta S/O Sh Pyare Lal  R/O Village Sobli PO Devnagar  Tehsil Rampur  District Shimla alleged therein that on 26-07-19 vehicle No. HP01A-9552 met with an accident near Sidhar, in which some persons sustained injury. Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur.

An Accident: Case FIR No.107/19 Dated 26-07-19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur Shimla on the statement of Sh Krishan Chand S/O Sh Uday Chand R/O  VPO Tops Tehsil Pooh District Kinnaur alleged therein that on 26-07-19 at about 07.30 PM vehicle No. HP27A-1548 and HP93-9166 collided near Kisti point Nogli, in which one person sustained injury. Case is being investigating by HC Narender I/O PS Rampur.

4. Theft/Mining Act: Case FIR No. 85/19 dated 26-07-19 U/S 379 IPC & 21 MMDR Act has been registered at PS Rohru on the statement of Sh. Kamlesh Bhardwaj S/O Sh. Shamsher Singh R/O Village Jara PO Seema, Teh. Rohru, Distt. Shimla HP A/P Assitt. Mining inspector sub division Rohru alleging therein that on 26.07.2019 he was on mining checking duty in the supervision of SDM Rohru toward Patsari then they stopped a tractor without number plate loaded with mineral (sand). They asked to driver namely Shamsher S/o Sh. Gurdeep C/O Susheel Kumar VPO Jharag Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla for X-Form but he did not produce X-Form. So that case has been registered and investigation is going on.

5. An Accident: Case FIR No.134/19 Dated 27-07-19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the ruka of HC Rajesh I/O PS Theog alleged therein that today on 27-07-19 Pick-up No.HP62A-0621 loaded with apples rolled down in the trench at Khachi More and three persons namely Sh. Lal Chand S/O Sh Jai Ram,  Sh Joginder Pal S/O Sh Balak Ram R/O VPO Sayanj Bagra Tehsil Karsog District Mandi and driver Daleep S/O Sh Balak Ram R/O VPO Chauridhar, Tehsil Karsog, Mandi has sustained injuries and referred to IGMC Shimla. This accident accured due the negligent driving of Driver Daleep. Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh I/O PS Theog.

1.   Excise Act: Case FIR No. 76/19 Dated 25-07-19 U/S 39 (i) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Kotkhai Shimla on the ruka of Insp SHO Santosh Kumar alleged therein that on 25-07-19 he along with PS staff was on patrolling/checking duty near Nihari Nala. During checking they stopped vehicle No.HP01A 5660 driven by Shubham Kumar S/O Sh Nehru Ram R/O Village Vichhan PO Tooran Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla and recovered 264 bottles of country liquor from his possession. Case is being investigating by SHO PS Kotkhai.

2.  Excise Act: Case FIR No.132/19 Dated 25-07-19 U/S 39 (i) HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the ruka of ASI Purshotam I/C PP Chhaila alleged therein that on 25-07-19 he along with PS staff was on patrolling/checking duty at Hulli. On secret information they recovered 05 bottles of country liquor and 07 bottles of beer from the Dhaba of Sh Bhola Parshad. Case is being investigating by I/C PP Chhaila.

3.  An Accident: Case FIR No.169/19 Dated 26-07-19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS West Shimla on the statement of Sh Naleshwar S/O Sh Ghanshyam R/O VPO Batwara Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi alleged therein that on 25-07-19 he along with two another persons were going to Parwanoo in his vehicle No.HP31C-3420, at about 12.05 AM when they reached near Shoghi, then a vehicle No.HP63-5070 came wrongly from Solan side with rashly  and after hitting his car run away from the spot. They sustained injury. Case is being investigating by the HC Neel Kamal.

4.    Rioting Case: Case FIR No. 84/19 Dated 26-07-19 U/S 147 148 149 323 506 IPC has been registered at PS East Shimla on the complaint of Sh Narender S/O Sh Mohan Lal R/O Dagah PO Beolia, Distt. Shimla alleged therein that today he was cutting  grass in his field then suddenly his maternal uncle Parmanand his son Dharam Pal, Dinesh and there wife's along with Kapil came there and beaten him brutally. They threatened him with dire consequences. He sustained injury. Case is being investigating by HC Jagat Ram I/O PP Kasumpti.

An Accident: Case FIR No.133/19 Dated 26-07-19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the statement of Sh Chaman Lal S/O Sh Roshan Lal R/O Village Dadaur PO Dhawan, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi alleged therein that today on 26-07-19 he was going from Kullu to Kanpur in his truck No.HP65A-1187 loaded with apples. When he reached at Devi More than vehicle No. PB01A 3295 car came rashly and collided with his truck. Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh Kumar.

2.  An Accident: Case FIR No.133/19 Dated 24-07-19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli alleged therein that on 24-07-19 complainant along with two another persons were going to Sanjauli, when they reached near Dhingu gate near Sanjauli Bazar then suddenly a swift car No.HP 63C 3838 came with rash and negligent driving in wrong side and after hit her, collide in the shop. She has sustained injury. Case is being investigating by the HC Lalit I/O PP Sanjauli.

3.   Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty: Case FIR No. 47/19 Dt.24.07.19 U/S 341 186 506 IPC has been registered at PS Nerwa on the statement of Sh. Subhash Chand (Driver HRTC) alleged therein that on 23.07.2019 he was on bus route duty from Shatal to Nerwa. On the way a person namely Surat Ram S/O Sh Lekh Ram R/O Shatal PO Halau Tehsil Nerwa obstructed the road, started to abuse him and threatened them with dire consequences. 1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 40/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 22.07.19 U/S 18 20 ND&PS Act at PS Nankhari on the ruka of SI SHO PS Nankhari alleged therein that on 22.07.19 he along with staff were on patrolling at Sidhpur then on a secret information they intercepted a person namely Sh Balveer Singh @ Tinu Pal @ Tinda S/O Sh Kaul Ram R/O Taprog PO Khunni, Nankhari Shimla. During search they recovered 380 gram Charas and 29.37 gram opium along with weighing machine from his possession. Case is being investigating by ASI Chet Ram I/O PS Nankhari.

2.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 63/2019 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 22.07.2019 U/S 39(i) (a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Chinta Mani I/o P.S Jubbal stated therein that today on 22.07.2019 at Mandal Kenchi during checking they recovered 04 Boxes of country liquor from the possession of Vijay Chauhan S/O Sh. Vishan Singh R/O VPO Giltari Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla . The case is being investigated by I/O PS Jubbal.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 84/19 has been registered at PS Rohru  22-7-19 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh.  Dhina Lal S/O Lt.Sh. Mangal Singh R/O village Chikali P/o Annti Teh Jubbal Distt Shimla alleged therein that on 22.07.2019 when he was at Samala a Bike with No HP10A 4335 came from Sungri side ridded by 03 persons and hit his car and sustained injuries to them.  The Case is being investigated by HC Shyam Bihari PS Rohru.

Jabbar Singh R/o Village Kyani, PO Gawas, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, HP alleged therein that on 21.07.2019 at about 6.00 PM he was coming from Mandi To Shimla in Innova No. HP07-0107, as he reached near Yadgar Totu, an HRTC Bus No. HP03B-6156 driven by Krishan Kumar hit his above Innova. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/o PS West, Shimla.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.132/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli, Shimla on 21.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Karan S/o Late Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Sargheen, PO Bheulia, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 21.07.2019 at about 11.15 AM he was going to Rohru from Shimla in his Vehicle No. HP63B-7773, as he reached near Hassan Valley a Tralla No. RJ09GB-6341 hit his and another vehicles due to rash and negligent driving of above tralla driver. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay Kumar I/o PS Dhalli, Shimla.

Crime Report On July 21, 2019.

1.      Excise Act : Case FIR No. 60/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain stated therein that during investigation of case FIR No. 56/19 u/s 279 IPC,  he recovered 12 bottles of liquor marked as Santra No. 1 from the accidental vehicle No. HP09C-3220 involved in above case. The driver/owner Jagdish S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Village Darjoli, PO Mahori, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP could not produced the permit of above liquor. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain.  

2.      Excise Act :  Case FIR No. 80/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Chopal stated therein that on dated 20.07.2019 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Pulbahal, during patrolling he recovered 9.5 Bottles of country liquor from the possession of Layak Ram S/o Sh. Surat Singh R/o Vill. Khadki, PO Basadhar, Tehsil Chopal, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Chopal.

3.      Accident :  Case FIR No. 59/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Prem Chand R/o Village Sheel Karyali, PO Shilaru, Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 20.07.2019 at about 3.20 PM he was going towards Shilaru in his motorcycle, as he reached at near Karyali More he saw that a vehicle No. HP09C-3220 driven by Jagdish S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o Village Darjoli, PO Mahori, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP come rashly and hit an Alto K10 Car No. HP09C-3587. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush Raj I/O PS Kumarsain.  

4.      Accident :  Case FIR No. 71/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on dated 20.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Dhan Bhahadur S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/o Vill. Rokum, PO Khalang, Tehsil Rokum, Distt Ravti, Nepal A/P C/o Subhash Village Andhra, PO Kanthli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 20.07.2019 at about 9.30 AM he alongwith a lady was going to do work in Bolero Camper No. HP63-0165 driven by Anil S/o Sh. Subhash Chand R/o Vill. Andhra, PO Kanthli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla. When they reached Near Garadhar, driver Anil lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. In this accident he and the lady sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.

Surat Singh R/o village Khadki P/o Basadhar Tehsil Chopal District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Kumar I/o PS Chopal. 

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 129/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 19.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh Vijay Singh S/o Sh Mohan Singh R/o village Troll P/o Satog tehsil Theog District Shimla alleged therein that on 19.07.2019 a vehicle No. HP 09C 2591 met with an accident in which one person namely Layak Ram sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Satish Kumar I/o PP Fagu.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.71/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 20.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Dhan Bhadur S/o Sh Dharam Chand r/o village Rokum P/o Khlag Nepal A/P C/o Subhash Harka Bhadur R/o village Andra P/o Kathali Tehsil Chirgaon alleged therein that on 20.07.2019 a vehicle No. HP 63 0165 Bolero camper met with an accident in which 04 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/O PS Chirgaon.

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.160/19 has been registered at PS West on 18.07.19 U/S 279,337 IPC, 185 MV Act on the complaint of Sh Rajesh Thakur S/o Sh Ram Lal Thakur R/o village Kuthasni P/o Bychidi Tehsil and District Shimla alleging therein that on 18.07.2019 while going towards Yaadgar Hotel in his vehicle No. HP01S 0802 suddenly a vehicle No. HP62A 3648 came rashly and collided with his vehicle. This accident happened due to rash and drunken driving of Ankit Sharma. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I/o Ps West.  

2.   A TRESPASS: Case FIR No.82/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 18.07.2019 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC on the application of Sh. Bhagmal S/O Lt. Sh. Kanah Singh village Hastari PO Samra Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla HP, Shimla alleging therein that on 18.07.2019, when he was working in his shop, son of Najrumal came to his shop and called to his father and phone gave to him. On the phone Nazrumal son started threatening him on phone and cut the phone. After this son of Nazrumal started fighting with him and threatened with dire consequences .The case is being investigated by HC Madan I/O PP Tikker.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 62/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 19.07.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Dalvir Singh S/O Late Sh. Narain Singh R/O Vill. Bagholi PO Praunthi Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla stated therein that today on 19.07.2019 a vehicle No DL3CCP-2955 Swift Dzire met with an accident near village Bagholi in which 04 persons sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by ASI Deepak Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.

Crime Report on July, 18, 2019

1.   An Accident: Case FIR No  59/19 Dated 17-07-19 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Jhakhri on  the  statement  of  Sh Rameshwer  Gautam  S/O  Sh. Mahesh Gautam R/O Village Totu PO Dealth  Tehsil  Rampur, Shimla  alleged therein that on 17-07-19 he along with Dalip Kumar were going  to  Rampur on Motor cycle No. HP 06A-5348. When they reached near Jhakhri Bazar at the same time Car No HP86-2470 came from Rampur side hit his M/Cycle and run away from the spot. They got injured in this incident. Case is being investigating by the HC Vinod Kumar I/O PS Jhakhri.

2.      An Accident: Case FIR No 81/19 Dated 18-07-19 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS East Shimla on  the  statement  of  Sh Devi Ram S/O Sh Moti Ram R/O Sangrah PO Nashloh Tehsil Sadar Mandi alleged therein that today he was going to Mandi from Tiyuni in his Truck/Tralla No. HP 65 6536 loaded with JCB, when he reached near Mehali Shimla then Truck No.PB11BR 5664 came from Shimla side, hit his truck and run away from the spot.

Crime report on July, 17, 2019

1.  ND & PS ACT : Case FIR No 75/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 16.07.2019 U/S  279,337 IPC on the ruka of HC Raj Kumar no 216 I/O PS Kotkhai alleged therein that on 16.07.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Gumma. On duty they saw a person namely Paras Khemta S/o Sh. Jagdish Khemta vill Baghal P/o Gleha Teh Kotkhai Distt Shimla in unconscious condition near Gumma. They brought him to the CHC Kotkhai. During search 128 tablets of Natrovet -10 recovered from his possession. Case is being investigating by HC Raj Kumar.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 101/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 16.07.2019 U/S  279,337 IPC on the statement of Harbans Singh S/O Sh.Ram Singh Vill. Khanewali PO Devnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on dated 16.07.19 at Kishti Point near Nogli one Swift Car No HP06A-8220 met with as accident. In which One person injured. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of car driver Pradeep Kumar. Case is being investigating by HC Pawan Kumar No 223 I/O PS Rampur.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 78/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 16.07.2019 U/S  279,337,304-A IPC on the statement of Sh Ram Lal Sharma R/o Vill- Naiena Chiwna Badlawag PO- Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla he stated therein that on the to home he heard noise at Naiena and found that an Alto  Car No HP08A-2060 rolled down from the road . In this accident a person namely Suraj S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Vill- thalog Po-Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla died on the spot and Yoginder S/o Sh. Rati Ram r/o Vill- Thalog Po-Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla was injured. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Yogender.Case is being investigating by Inspr. Hukum Singh SHO PS Chopal.  

4.  During last 24 hours 427 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 106 and 19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1.   Accused Paras Khemta S/O Jagdish Khemta R/o Vill. Baghal, PO Galeha, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, HP, arrested in Case FIR No. 75/19 Dt. 17.07.19 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS PS Kotkhai is being produced before the Ld.Court.
