- AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 20/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 20.05.2018 U/S 39 HP
Excise Act PS Theog has been
registered on the rukka of ASI Chet Ram, I/C PP Deha alleging therein that
on 20.05.2018 at about 08-30 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff at
Ghodna Kainchi, one person namely Bhagat Ram S/o Sh. Nathu Ram R/o Village
Ghodna PO Deha Tehsil Theog, Shimla apprehended by them alongwith 10
Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Paradise Santra. The case is
being investigated by ASI Chet Ram, I/C PP Deha.
- During
last 24 hours 350 vehicles were challaned
under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded=
161 fine realized Rs. 73,000/- and 16 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/-.

Tehsil Karsog District Mandi, age 19 years arrested in case FIR No. 20/18 Dt. 19.05.18 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Sunni, remanded in
Police custody upto 22.05.2018.
