Crime Report on May 05, 2018

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 79/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 05.05.2018 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Sahil S/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/o Jutogh Cantt. PO Jutogh Tehsil & District Shimla stated therein that on 04.05.2018, he alongwith Abhishek Kumar & Manish Kumar went to Gajaidi (Theog) for the repair of Pvt. Bus HP63C-0993 (Jagat Coach). After repairing the bus, they all were coming back in the same bus. Driver Sunil Kumar negligently drives the bus and above bus rolled down 100 feet from the road. In this accident, one Munish died and other sustained injuries.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 79/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 05.05.2018 U/S 279 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/o Sh. Tikka Ram R/o Bhardwaj Niwas, Inder Nagar Dhalli alleging therein that he is working as Robot Driver in HP PW Department. On 05.05.2018 at about 09-30 AM, he along with Road Roller Driver Dilawar Singh S/o Sh. Shiv Singh A/P Winter Field Shimla, went to Sipur Mashobra for road work.  At about 11-30 AM, Driver Dilawar Singh lost the control from Roller and met with an accident and rolled down 100 feet from the road. In this accident, driver Dilawar Singh died on the way to hospital.  The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand, I/O PP Mashobra.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 80/18 has been registered at PS Theog today on 05.05.2018 U/S 279 304A IPC on the rukka of HC Satish Kumar, I/O PS Theog, Shimla alleging therein that today on 05.05.2018 at about 05-15 AM, one Car No. HP63-7068 (Alto-800), which was on the way from Aloti to Nahol, met with an accident near Bajashada and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sursh Kumar S/o Sh. Mohi Ram R/o Village Nahoul PO Tiyali Tehsil Theog, Shimla, age 32 years and died on the way at IGMC Shimla.  
4. A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 112/18 has been registered at PS Shimla-West on 04.05.2018 U/S 147 149 323 504 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhupinder Singh S/o SH. Dharm Singh R/o Village & PO Chanog Tehsil & District Shimla stated therein that his father is shareholder of half part of land and other half part is divided into two parts between his uncles Inder Singh & Gulab Singh. On 04.05.2018 at about 10-30 AM, when he was working in his field at village Shal-Chanog, at the same time his both uncles Inder Singh & Gulab Singh alongwith their 03 other family members came there & started to abuse him. They also stopped him to work on his field, beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences.
5. CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST: Case FIR No. 83/18 has been registered at PS Shimla-Sadar today on 05.05.2018 U/S 406 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajeev Patthria S/o Sh. Narender Pal R/o Village & PO Gummar, Tehsil Jwalamukhi District Kangra A/P Set No. 8, Block No-1, US Club, Shimla alleging therein that in the year of 2012, he sold his Mahendera Xylo vehicle No. HP01A-4119 to Sh. Vikrant S/o Sh. Babu Ram R/o Banganiya Bhawan, Dhingu Bawari, Sanjauli Shimla through agreement to sale. As per the agreement, Sh. Vikrant has to pay Rs. 1,60,000/- as margin money and balance Rs. 6,28,709/- through installment in the Bank within 5 years. But he neither paid the margin money i.e. Rs. 1,60,000/- nor deposit any installment in the bank. Beside it Vikrant has given his above vehicle to unknown persons at Kunihar, without his consent and also did not attend his mobile phone. The case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram, I/O PS Sadar.       
6. During last 24 hours 417 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 178 fine realized Rs. 79,800/-, 27 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3000/- and 02 Challaned under Mining Act.

FOLLOW UP

1. Three ladies accused arrested in Case FIR No. 111/18 Dt. 03.05.2018 U/S 380 34 IPC at PS Shimla-West, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
2. One lady accused arrested in Case FIR No. 61/18 Dt. 05.05.2018 U/S 3,5,7,8 The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act at PS Rohru, is remanded in Police custody upto 07.05.2018, by the Ld. Court.
3. Accused Shiva S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Village Nanur PO Jalilpur, Tehsil Bijnour, UP, arrested in case FIR No. 82/18 Dt. 03.05.2018 U/S 302 34 IPC at PS Sadar, is remanded in police custody upto 07.05.2018. by the Ld. Court today.
