1. A THEFT case FIR No.
50/18 dated 02-05-18 u/s 379 IPC has been registered at PS East on the
complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar Sood J.E. electricity board R/o Manu Cottage
Panthaghati Shimla alleging therein that on 01-05-2018 he had parked his
Vehicle No. HP62C-0293 (Swift Dezire) near Panthaghati chowk. Today wheh he
went to spot he found that some unknown person has stolen away his above
vehicle. He had searched it every possible places but didn’t traced out. The
case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram I.O PP Kasumpti PS East.
2. During
last 24 hours 238 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded=
142 fine realized Rs. 64,300/-, 19 persons
challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1800/- and 08 Challaned under Mining Act &
Fine Realized Rs. 5000/-.

case FIR No. 25/18 Dt. 23.04.2018 u/s 363 366 343 376 34 IPC & 4 POCSO
Act at PS Nankhari remanded in Judicial custody by the
Ld. Court.
- Accused 1) Anil Jobta S/o Sh. Vishan Singh R/o
Village Thana PO Mandal Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, 2) Anshul S/o Sh.
Goverdhan Singh R/o Village Sundli PO Jubbal, Shimla, 3) Vijay Lohlta
S/o Sh. Lokinder Lohlta R/o Village Old Jubbal Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla
arrested in case FIR No. 28/18 Dt. 28.04.2018 u/s 20,21,22,25-61-85
ND&PS Act at PS Jubbal today remanded in judicial
custody by the Ld. Court.
