ACCIDENT case FIR No. 76/18 dated 30.04.2018 u/s 279,337,304A
IPC has been registered at PS Dhalli on the statement of Smt. Manju Verma W/o
Sh. Rajesh Verma R/o Vill. Koti PO & Tehsil Junga Distt. Shimla stated
therein that she has two shops in Koti Bazzar. On 30.04.2018 when she was
present in her shop at about 04-00 PM one tipper No. HP63B-1731 came rashly and
negligently and rolled tier over the head of Ramswroop S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o
Vill Chaneha PO Koti Sub tehsil Junag. In this accident Ramswroop died on the
spot and the case is bein investgigated by HC Virender Kumar I.O PP Junga PS
Dhalli.
2. AN
ACCIDENT case FIR No. 77/18 has been registerd at PS Theog on
30.04.2018 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dinesh Singh S/o Dilawar
Singh Uttrakhand stated therein that on 30.04.2018 he was present in the hotel at
Bhakelti at the same time one vehicle No. HP63A-2687 came rashly and
negligently towards Theog and hit one person namely Rishu working in the hotel.
In this accident Rishu sustained inuries. The case is being investigated by HC
Rakesh PP Phagu PS Theog.
3. During
last 24 hours 336 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded=
167 fine realized Rs. 75,400/- and 19 persons
challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2000/-.

Village Raudi PO Balindi Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi, HP arrested in
case FIR No. 25/18 Dt. 23.04.2018 u/s 363 366 343 376 34 IPC & 4 POCSO
Act at PS Nankhari remanded in Judicial custody by the
Ld. Court.
- Accused 1) Anil Jobta S/o Sh. Vishan Singh R/o
Village Thana PO Mandal Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, 2) Anshul S/o Sh.
Goverdhan Singh R/o Village Sundli PO Jubbal, Shimla, 3) Vijay Lohlta

arrested in case FIR No. 28/18 Dt. 28.04.2018 u/s 20,21,22,25-61-85
