Crime Report On May 13, 2018.

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 56/18 has been registered at PS East on dated 13.05.2018 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Prem Singh, I/O PS East alleging therein that on 12.05.2018, during patrolling alongwith staff, one vehicle No. HP51A-0564 stopped by them for checking. During the search, 03 Boxes of Royal Stag & 02 Boxes of illicit Country liquor marka Una No.-1 recovered from the above vehicle under the possession of  Kaul Singh S/o Late Sh. Gopal Singh R/o VPO Nanj, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi, HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Singh, I/O PS East, Shimla.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 119/18 has been registered at PS West on 13.05.2018 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of a lady resident of Village Rihana, PO Thachi, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on dated 11.05.18 she alongwith her family came in the marriage of her relatives at Ghanahatti, after marriage when she was crossing the road NH 205 a motorcycle hit her. In this accident she sustained injuries on her back and right leg. The case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar I/C PP Dhami, PS West, Shimla.  

3.     AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 84/18 has been registered at PS Theog today on 13.05.2018 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the Rukka of ASI Purshotam Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog stated therein that a Zen Estilo Car No. HP63B-0227 rolled down from the road about 200 meters at near Khol Gali. The 6 (Male-4 & Female-2) six persons were sit on the above car. All the six persons found dead on spot. The car was driven by sh. Jai Krishan S/o Sh. Kamal Chand R/o Vill. Jharog, PO Sahali, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog, Shimla.  

4.    ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: case FIR No 32/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal dated 12.05.18 U/s 336, 286 IPC has been registered on the statement of sh suresh kumar s/o Sh Kana Singh R/o Vill Kharshal PO Jhalta Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla.   He stated that   on dated 12.05.18 when he was grazing  his goats at Rata Nala and road construction work was doing by two person namely Chander Mohan and Suresh Sharma there. During grazing  goats he heard blasting sound two times in the mean time one stone  hit to his goat  about 10 AM and she dead on spot. Case is being  investigated by I/C  PP Saraswati  Nagar ASI Keshav Chand PS Jubbal, Shimla.

5.    A HOUSE TRESPASS : Case FIR No. 118/18 has been registered at PS West on 12.05.2018 U/S 452,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Padam Sipahiya S/o Sh. Baldev Singh Sipahiya R/o Sipahiya Building, Tutikandi, Shimla-4 alleging therein that on dated 12.05.18 at about 7.00 AM when he was filling water at his home, two persons namely Sachin & Ankit came there and beaten him brutally. In this incident he sustained injury on left eye. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay No. 16 I/O PS West, Shimla. 

6.    During last 24 hours 430 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 169 fine realized Rs. 69,600/-, 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,100/- and 02 persons challaned under Mining Act & fine collected Rs. 4,500/-.

FOLLOW UP

1.    Accused i) Sunil Kumar @ Kaku S/o Sh. Jagat Singh R/o Village & PO Ladror Tehsil Bhoranu District Hamirpur, age 28 years  and ii) Sanjeev Kumar @ Sanju @ Bangali S/o Lt. Sh. Prakash Chand R/o Village & PO Jahu Tehsil & PS Bharanj District Hamirpur, age 41 years, arrested in case FIR No. 48/18 Dt. 26.04.2018 U/S 379 IPC at PS Shimla-East, are remanded in Police Custody upto 14.05.2018, by the Ld. Court.

2.    Accused Sunny Kumar S/o Sh. Ghanshyam R/o Village Katra Tikeri, PS Reyal, Distt Katra, J & K age 25 years,  arrested in case FIR No. 17/18 Dt. 28.04.2018 U/S 420 IPC at PS Sunni, by ASI Dilu Ram I/O PS Sunni. The accused is being produced before Ld. Court today.
