Crime Report On December 30, 2016.

1. An Excise Act case FIR NO 224/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.12.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise act on the rukka of  SI/Addl. SHO Rajinder Singh PS Theog stated therein that on dated 29.12.2016 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty during patrolling  on secret information he recovered 5 Boxes of country liquor marked as Himachal Orange from the possession of Kishor Kumar S/o Sh. Swarupa Nand R/o Vill. Bathlawag, PO Barog, Theog, Shimla, & Puran Dutt S/o Sh. Roop Ram R/o VPO Baog, Theog, Shimla. The case is being investigating by SI/Addl. SHO Rajinder Singh PS Theog.
2. An Excise Act case FIR NO 290/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 30.12.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise act on the rukka of  ASI Dharmesh I/o PS Dhalli stated  therein that today at 2.30 PM he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty at Hassanvalley . During patrolling  he recovered 8 Bottles marked as Rock Ford Classic from the possession of Akbar S/o Mohd. Khan R/o Vill. Dibrehrhi, PO Twari, Distt Mewar, Haryana. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh I/o PS Dhalli.
3. A wrongful restraint case FIR No 127/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu 29.12.2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ravi Chauhan S/O Sh. Dhina Nath R/O Bhartu Po Seema Teh Rohru Distt Shimla Age 26yrs  alleging there in that  on  29/12/2016 when he was going towards  his home Bhartu near Seema. Suddenly a person namely Sanjeev Ranta R/O VPO Seema Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla obstructed  his way and abused and beaten him brutally. He also threatened him with dire consequence. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar N0 05 I/O PS Rohru.
4. During last 24 hours 282 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 147 & fine realized Rs. 53,000/- and 8 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 800/-.

Accused Dhananjay S/ o Ramayan Kushwah R/o Siktiya, PO Panchdeori, PS Katyan, Distt Gopalganj, Bihar, aged 23 years has been arrested in case FIR NO. 389/16 dated 18.12.2016 U/S 363 IPC at PS Sadar, Shimla on 29.12.2016. Today said accused has been bailed out by the ld JMIC 8, Shimla.
