Crime Report on December, 28, 2016

1. A Murder Case FIR No. 238/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on dated 27.12.16 U/S 302 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shishi Ram S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Dakolar, PO Shingla, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.12.2016, his brother Mejar Lal went anywhere and not returned back to home. On 27.12.2016, he came to know that the dead body of his brother is lying at Dakolar Jungle. He doubts that his brother Mejar Lal was murdered by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by Insp. Sanjeev Kumar, SHO PS Rampur.

2. A Rioting case FIR No 76/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on 27.12.2016 U/S 147, 148, 149 IPC on the application of Sh. Pramod Kumar S/o Late Sh Devi Singh R/o village Jayli P/o Matal, Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 27.12.2016 at about 1:00 PM  when he was in his field suddenly Salig Ram, Sunny, Kamal Kant, Seema and Chotu come there and beaten him brutally..  The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal.

3. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 77/16 has been registered at PS Chopal on  27.12.2016 U/S 341, 323, 506 and 34 IPC on the statement of Sh Salig Ram S/o Sh Balmick  R/o village Jayali P/o Matal Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 27.12.2016 a person namely Pramod Babu along with Kubja obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. They also threatened him with dire consequence. The case is being investigated By HC Gian Singh I/O PS Chopal.

4. A Burglary case FIR No 395/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 27.12.2016 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Sh Sanjeev Kumar Sethi R/o Sethi Niwas Block No 8 Set No 04 and 05 Himachal Raj Bhawan Chotta Shimla A/P Estate Officer H.P High Court  Shimla  alleging therein that  some known person broken the main door lock of Kotkhi No. 1 of Judges colony at Harvinamtan Estate Keleston and stolen away the 10/12 water taps from Bathroom & Kitchen of above buildings. The case is being investigated by HC Najeer Ahamad I/O PS Sadar.

5. An Accident case FIR No 90/16 has been registered at PS Sunni on 28.12.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC ON THE rukka Of ASI  Dilu Ram I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that  on 27.12.2016  a vehicle No HP 02 1034 met with an accident in which a person namely Harish Himral died on the spot and three persons sustained injuries .The case is being investigated by  ASI  Dilu Ram I/O PS Sunni.

6. An Accident case FIR No. 287/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 27.12.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Vijay Kumar I/O PP Mashobra PS Dhalli, Shimla stated therein that on 27.12.2016 at about 10-29 PM, he got an information received at PP Mashobra that an Alto Car NO. HP 01A-8848 has rolled down approximately 20-25 feet from the road. In this accident two persons Shankar and Gauri Dutt sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar I/O PP Mashobra PS Dhalli, Shimla

7. During last 24 hours 303 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 169 & fine realized Rs. 55,700/- and 67 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,220/-.

   Inquest Report                                                                                       

1. An unidentified male deadbody of Bihari origin age about 25/30 years found lying in Nala Below Hotel Radison Bharari, Shimla-1. Who has been died due to fell down from app. 25/30 feet hight into Nala. The deadbody of the deceased is kept in the dead house at IGMC Shimla.
