A Wrongful Restrain case FIR No. 292/16 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 19.12.2016 U/S 341 323 504 IPC on the application of Sh. Narender Kumar S/o Sh. Mathu Ram R/o Village Khali ki Dhar, PO Totu, Shimla stated therein that on 18.12.2016 at about 08-15 PM, his sister alongwith Ajay, Sanjay, Kamlesh & Reena abused & beaten him brutally. When he tried to escape himself, they obstructed his way and beaten him again. The case is being investigated by HC Kiran Kumar, I/O PP Jutough.
A Fire Incident case FIR No 233/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 20.12.2016 U/S 285,427 IPC on the application of Sh. Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Shingu Ram R/o Village & PO Khamadi Tehsil Nankhari Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 18.12.2016, at about 02.30PM, one Mr. Murki Lal S/o Sh. Shibu Ram R/o Village Dhanuja Nankhari burnt the bushes & waste grass in his field. Due to his negligence fire spread nearby orchards and damaged 435 apple trees. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Lal, I/C PP Nankhari.
During last 24 hours 292 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 115 & fine realized Rs. 36,400/- and 76 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,900/-.
Inquest Report
Deceased Jeet Singh S/o Sh. Manglu Ram R/o Village Khalidhar, PO Lagoti, Tehsil Aani, Distt. Shimla, age 38 years, who was working in HPMC Store at Deegadhar near Oddi in the jurisdiction of PS Kumarsain, has been died due suffocation. After autopsy, dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.

Aligarh, UP A/P Tenant C/o Kundan R/o Vandana Enclave, near Cement Agency, Khoda Colony, Gajiabad, UP, arrested in case FIR No. 121/16 Dt. 08.12.2016 U/S 420 IPC at PS East, further remanded in Police custody upto 24.12.2016, by the Ld. Court.
