Crime Report on Dec. 12, 2016

1. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 87/16 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 12.12.2016 U/S 341,323,506 IPC on the statement of Smt. Champa Devi W/o Sh. Ram Dyal R/o Village Shavli, PO Sainj, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla stated therein that on 11.12.2016, after cutting grass, when she was coming to home, on the way an unknown person obstructed her way, beaten her brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar, I/O PS Sunni.

2. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 134 & fine realized Rs. 51,600/- and 62 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 6,400/-.

1. Accused Subhesh Kumar S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village Khaddar, PO Nakorapul, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age 28 years, arrested in case FIR No. 60/16 Dt. 09.12.2016 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Nerwa, are on Police remand upto 13.12.2016.

2. Accused Charan Dass S/o Lt Sh. Kau Ram R/o Village Majhali PO Deothi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP Age-51 years arrested in Case FIR No. 228/16 Dt. 08.12.2016 U/S 341,323,504,307,34 IPC  at PS Rampur, is remanded in Police custody upto 13.12.2016, by the Ld. Court.

3. Accused Mool Chand S/o Sh. Mani Ram R/o Village & PO Bhutti, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 226/16 Dt. 28.112016 U/S 465, 468, 471 IPC at PS Rampur, today remanded in judicial custody upto 18.12.2016, by the Ld. Court.
