Crime Report on November, 17, 2016

1. A Grievous injury case FIR No 136/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 16.11.2016 U/S 325,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Kailash Chand R/o village Chajot P/o Kangal Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleging therein that on 10.11.2016 a person namely Amar Chand beaten him brutally at Bus stand of his village. He also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.  
2. An Accident case FIR No. 218/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 16.11.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 MV on the statement of Sh Gauri Lal S/o Sh Chet Bhadur R/o village Lekh Pukhra Tehsil Salyan Distt Salyan Nepal A/P Vikrant Niwas Inder Nagar Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that on 16.11.2016 a unknown number vehicle hit him at Dhalli bye Pass and run away from the spot. Due to this incident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Kewal Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
3. During last 24 hours 455 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 111 & fine realized Rs. 38,100/- & 52 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5200/-

1. Accused Manoj Kumar S/o Sh Chander Bhadur C/o Roshan Lal Thakur village Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 374/16 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on 15.11.2016 at PS Sadar sent to Judicial custody by Ld Court.

2. Accused (i)Bhupender Thakur S/o Sh Krishan Chand village Badah P/o AG Tehsil and Distric Shimla, (ii)Abdul Hamid  Tantri S/o Sh Abdul Rajaq village Bhatnal P/o Kokar Neg Tehsil Kokar Nag Distt Anantnag J & K age 32 years, (iii)Fafukh Rajaq Tantri P/o Kokar Neg Tehsil Kokar Nag Distt Anantnag J & K age 23 years and (iv)Abdul Rehman Bhatt S/o Sh Gulam Hasan  Bhatt village Bhatnal P/o Kokar Neg Tehsil Kokar Nag Distt Anantnag J & K age 50 years  A/P R/o Jama Masjid Middle Bazar Shimla arrested in case FIR No 112/16 on 16.11.2016 U/S 379,34 IPC at PS East released on bail by Ld court.

3. Accused i) Nikhil S/o Mool Raj R/o  village Adohl Tehsil Rorhu Distt Shimla ii) Tushar Chauhan S/o Sh Pramod Chauhan R/o VPO Krasa Tehsil Rorhu Distt Shimla and iii) Vikram Kanwer S/o Sh Ranveer Kanwer R/o village Chella P/o Pharal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 275/16 at PS West on 16.11.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act are being produced before Ld Court, today.
