Crime Report on November, 16, 2016

  1. An ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 275/16 has been registered at PS West on 16.11.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS West alleging therein that he was traffic checking duty at Shogi Barrier. During he intercepted a vehicle HP77-0900 Swift driven by Nikhil S/o Mool Raj R/o  village Adohl Tehsil Rorhu Distt Shimla and two other were sitting in vehicle namely Tushar Chauhan S/o Sh Pramod Chauhan R/o VPO Krasa Tehsil Rorhu Distt Shimla Vikram Kanwer S/o Sh Ranveer Kanwer R/o village Chella P/o Pharal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla and recovered 101 grams Charas from inside the vehicle. All Accused have been arrested and case is being investigated by ASI Rajinder Singh I/O PS West    
  2. An Excise Act Case FIR No 111/16 has been registered at PS East on 15.11.2016 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act on the rukka of SI Dharam Sain Negi SHO PS East alleging therein that on 15.11.2016 he  raided the shop of Vijay Thakur S/o Sh Padam Chand R/o village Sargeen Tehsil and Distt Shimla along with staff at village Sargeen and recovered 33 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain Negi SHO PS East.
  3. A Theft case 112/16 has been registered at PS East on 16.11.2016 U/S 379,34 IPC on the  rukka of ASI Prem Singh I/O PS East alleging therein that on 16.11.2016 at 12:30 AM He along with staff was on patrolling towards forest road. When he reached at forest road he saw that some persons were loading cable bundles in a tipper No HP63A1549. When he asked those people to show the documents regarding cable bundles. They did not show any documents. On this incident he arrested the persons  namely Bhupender Thakur S/o Sh Krishan Chand village Badah P/o AG Tehsil and Distric Shimla, Abdul Hamid  Tantri S/o Sh Abdul Rajaq village Bhatnal P/o Kokar Neg Tehsil Kokar Nag Distt Anantnag J & K age 32 years, Fafukh Rajaq Tantri P/o Kokar Neg Tehsil Kokar Nag Distt Anantnag J & K age 23 yearsand Abdul Rehman Bhatt S/o Sh Gulam Hasan  Bhatt village Bhatnal P/o Kokar Neg Tehsil Kokar Nag Distt Anantnag J & K age 50 years  A/P R/o Jama Masjid Middle Bazar Shimla indulge in this activity. He doubted that they all were stealing cable bundles from forest road. The case is being investigated byv ASI Prem Singh I/O PS East.
  4. An Accident case FIR No  217/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 15.11.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC and 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Jaswant Singh S/o Krishan Singh Thakur R/o village Bhani Jubbad P/o Baldeyan Tehsil and Distt Shimla age 37 years A/P Security Guard at Koti Resort alleging therein that on 15.11.2016 a vehicle No HP01A-5198 hit him while he was at near Baldeyen School and run away from the Spot. Due to this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay I/O PP Mashobra.
  5. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 203/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.11.2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC  on the statement of Sh Sant Ram Justa S/o Late Sh Sunder Singh Justa R/o village Chalrana P/o Deiya Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that on 15.11.2016 some persons namely Sita Ram, Rintu and Pappu obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla.
  6. A Trespass case FIR No 202/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.11.2016 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Ram Samujh VPO Chailla Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 15.11.2016 a person namely Sant Ram entered in his Shop and Beaten him brutally. He also Threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Dev I/O PP Chailla.
  7. A Cheating case FIR No 375/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 15.11.2016 U/S 406,417,418,420,423,465,468,471,120B, 34 IPC, on the statement of Sh Ajay Vaishist authorized representative M/S Homestead Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd and  M/s Anugraha Residence Pvt. Ltd. Having its registered office at Plot No. 15, 2nd Floor, Sector-44, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001 alleging therein that his company signed a MOU with a company M/s Pinewood Aggregators Pvt. Ltd.Regd. Office at at C-35, Dilshant Estate, Kufta Dhar, Bharari, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, through Directors JasdeepBrar and HarjotBrar 2.M/s Rare Aggregators Pvt. Ltd. Regd. Office at:- C-35, Dilshant Estate, KuftaDhar, Bharari, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on 07.08.2013 to Provide 280 Bighas Land at village Jangle Barawag. On the basis of this contract his company paid Rs 6,25,00,000 to Pinewood Aggregators Pvt. Ltd company but after receiving the amount this company provide him some fraud documents of the concern Land records. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Pal I/O Ps Sadar.
  8. During last 24 hours 387 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 99 & fine realized Rs. 42,600/- & 60 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 6100/-

Inquest Report

Deceased Lateef @ Kaku S/o Sh Aladia village Sheel PO Sunni Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla found died near his village due to burn. Postmortem has been conducted at CH Sunni. Proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Sunni. Dead body handed over to his relatives.

  1. Accused Manoj Kumar S/o Sh Chander Bhadur C/o Roshan Lal Thakur village Jangla Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 374/16 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on 15.11.2016 at PS Sadar is on Police Remand up to 17.11.2016.
