Crime Report on Nov. 22, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No. 117/16 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 22.11.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Rai Singh R/O Village Karalash PO Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP stated therein that today on 22 .11.2016, at about 08.20AM, a Pick-Up No. HP-10A-7829 driven by Shiv Singh S/O Sh. Mangal Jiu R/O Village Karalash PO Kansakoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP come rashly and hit his mother Hira Devi, caused sustained injuries to her. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan Kumar I/O PP City Rohru.

2. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 115/16 has been registered at PS East today on 22.11.2016 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Uma Devi W/o Sh. Devi Ram R/o Village Kawalag, PO Beolia, Distt. Shimla stated therein that today on 22.11.2016 about 11-00 AM, she was going to Bus stop at Kawalag for further visit to Junga. On the way Smt. Meera Devi & Beena  obstructed her way and beaten her brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram, I/O PP Kasumpti.  

3. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 116/16 has been registered at PS East today on 22.11.2016 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/o Sh. Sahi Ram R/o Village Kawalag, PO Beolia, Distt. Shimla stated therein that today on 22.11.2016, Smt. Uma & Kamla obstructed her way near Kawalag and beaten her brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram, I/O PP Kasumpti.

4. A Grievous Injury case FIR No. 376/16 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 22.11.2016 U/S 325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajat Kashyap S/o SH. Kamal Chand R/o Out Houses Awa Lodge, Chaura Maidan Shimla stated therein that on 15.11.2016 at about 02-30 PM, when he was connecting Video conference from Video Conference Hall of NIC Room, at the same time his colleague  namely Garbeshwar Thakur scuffle with him and beaten him brutally. On this he was medically examined at hospital. Today final opinion has been received in which Medical Officer given grievous injury to him. The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand, I/O PS Sadar.   

5. During last 24 hours 439 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 160 & fine realized Rs. 45,700/-, 69 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,100/- & 01 challaned under Mining Act & fine realized Rs. 7,350/-

   Inquest Report

   Deceased Pramod Singh S/o Sh. Sadh Ram R/o Village Samel, PO Naliya, Tehsil Khundiya Distt. Kangra, age 60 years, who was a driver in Truck No. HP-72-0315 & coming to Nankhari from Chandigarh loaded with vegetables, has been died due to sudden pain in chest on the way at Jawalda in the jurisdiction of PP Nankhari. After conducted postmortem at CH Nankhari, dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.

1. Five accused i) Mukesh S/o Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/o Village Rawi, PO Sarahan, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age 18 years, ii) Devinder S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Kholvi, Tehsil Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla, age 31 years, iii) Ravi S/o Sh. Uma Dutt R/o Village Totto, Tehsil Nankhari, Shimla, age 18 years alongwith two Minor accused, arrested in case FIR No. 222/16 Dt. 20.11.16 U/S 302, 34 IPC at PS Rampur,  are being produced before Ld. Court today.

2. Accused Krishan Bahadur S/o Sh. Ram Bahadur R/o Village Tiuni Matal, PO & Tehsil Tiuni, Distt. Dehradoon, UK A/P C/O Kal Singh Chauhan R/o Village Kulha, PO Mudhol, Tehil Tiuni, UK, arrested today in case FIR No. 57/16 Dt. 21.11.2016 U/S 452, 342, 354 IPC & 8 POCSO Act at PS Nerwa, is being produced before Ld. Court today.
