An Accident case FIR No. 281/16 has been registered at PS West on 28.11.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chandi Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Mathu Ram R/o Villge Patina, PO Jubbar Hatti, Shimla stated therein that he was coming to Shimla from Jubbar Hatti in his Motorcycle No. HP-14A-6812. When he reached near CISF camp at Jubbarhatti, at the same time a vehicle No. HP-63-7929 (Eon) came rashly by overtaking Govt. Bus & hit his Motorcycle, cuased sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Kiran Kumar, I/O PP Jutogh.
An Accident case FIR No. 235/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 29.11.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kuldeep Thakur S/o Sh. Hukkam Chand R/o Bhagijubbad, Baldeyan, Shimla, age 29 years, stated therein that today on 29.11.2016, he was sit inside his vehile No. HP-03T-4235 and talking with his friend namely Ghanshyam, who stood outside his car. At about 10-00AM, a Tampo Traveller No. HP-01A-4930 came rashly from Durgapur side and hit his friend Ghanshyam, cuased sustained injuries to him. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay, I/O PS Dhalli.
During last 24 hours 391 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 148 & fine realized Rs. 39,400/- & 60 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 6,200/-.

Accused Sanjay Guleria S/o Sh. Balwant Singh R/O Village Kathiun, PO Gander Distt. Bilaspur age 39 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 85/16 Dt. 28.03.2016 U/S 420,34 IPC at PS West, is being produced before Ld. Court today.
