Crime Report on August 01, 2016

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 167/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 31.07.16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli on the rukka of SI Deepak Thakur, I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla stated therein that on 31.07.2016, he along with staff was on patrolling in the jurisdiction of PP Sanjauli, Shimla. At about 09-30PM, when they reached near HP SEB Sub-Station at Chalaunthi, one person namely Akanksh S/o Sh. Brij Lal Kashyap R/o Village Chikhad, PO & Tehsil Theog, Shimla A/P Verma Niwas, near Hill Grove School, Frud Sanjauli, intercepted by them. During search, 190 Tablets of Nitrosun ®-10 (Restricted Medicine) recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Deepak Thakur, I/C PP Sanjauli, Shimla
2. An Accident case FIR No  34/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 31.07.2016 U/S 279, 337, 304 A IPC OF Sh. Lal Singh Potan Pardhan G.P Tharoch alleging therein that at about 3:25 PM a truck  Eicher No. HR 69 B 9090 met with an accident Near Kayarna Dhar in which two person namely Bunty S/o Sh Kali Ram Village Dhanada P/o Bharanu Thesil Chopal  Age-16 Years, Manoj S/O Sahi Ram VPO Bharanu The Chopal Age-18 years died on the spot. Three person namely Ravinder S/o Shyam Singh Village Sudhana P/o Bharanu The Chopal age-24 years(driver) ,Hari Bahadur S/o udaiy Singh VPO & Tehsil. Nepalganj Distt Baanke Nepal Age-25 years and Tilak Bahadur S/o Rattan Bahadur VPO Vidhyapur Distt Surket Nepal Age-23 Years sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by Narender Singh SHO PS Nerwa.
3. A Trespass case FIR NO 190/16 has been registered at PS West 31.07.2016 U/S 451,34 IPC P.S.West on the statement of Maggirwar S.S. Airport Director AAI, Shimla Airport Shimla HP -171011 alleging there in that on 31.07.2016 he received an  information that few persons were noticed to roaming inside the perimeter fencing(on the acquired land of Shimla Airport) in suspicious condition .After receiving Such information immediately the matter was taken into cognizance and accordingly a team of CISF as well AAI moved to the  started  location. On reaching at the spot it was noticed that few persons were engaged in digging of land inside AAI perimeter fencing. On enquiry, it was revealed that Mr. Gopal Singh had hired other 5 labors for the purpose. The case is being Investigated by H.C. Suresh Kumar I/O PP Jutogh.
4. A Burglary case FIR No 155/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 31.07.2016 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Stefny Roadrigious A/P Principal Loreto Convent School Tata Hall alleging therein that on intervening night of 30/31.07.2016 some known person stolen away Rs 2.17 lakhs from her school's premises.The case is being investigated by SI Jasveer Singh IC PP Lakkar Bazaar.
5. An Accident case FIR No 47/16 has been registered at PS Chopal today  on 01.08.2016 U/S 279, 337, 304 IPC on the statement of Sh Nikka Ram S/o Sh Renu Ram R/o village Thana P/o Chopal Tehsil Chopal  alleging therein that today on 01.08.2016 a vehicle No HP 63 7237 met with an accident in which one person namely Virender Singh S/o Sh Bhagat Ram R/o village Kathan P/o Deiya Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla died on the spot and two persons namely Lokinder S/o Sh Keshav Ram R/o village Gada P/o Nerwa & Vinod Kumar S/o Sh Sant Ram R/o village Ghala Sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap I/O PS Theog
6. An Accident case FIR No 122/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 01.08.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajinder S/o Sh Mehar Chand R/o village Dhar P/o Jubbal Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 01.08.2016 his vehicle No HP 62-2321 met with an accident at Chailla in which two person namely Rajinder and his brother Munish Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla.
7. During last 24 hours 313 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 183  & fine realized Rs. 60,300/- and 30 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.  3,100/-

Inquest Report

Deceased Miss Anshu D/o Sh Sawaroop Singh R/o village Jiskoon Tehsil Dodra Quar committed suicide by jumped in to Pabbar River near Seema. Her dead body has been recovered from river and postmortem conducted at CH Rorhu and dead body handed over to her relatives. The proceeding U/S 174 CrPC is being conducted at PS Rorhu.

1. Accused (i) Bharat Bhushan S/o Sh Khamesh Chand village Firnu P/o Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (ii) Ghanshyam S/o late Sh Aasham Ram village Baner P/o Shiwan Tehsil Kumarsain arrested in Case FIR No 92/16 U/S 302, 34 IPC  on 29.07.2016 at PS Kumarsain are in police remand up to 02.08.0216.

2. Accused Akanksh S/o Sh. Brij Lal Kashyap R/o Village Chikhad, PO & Tehsil Theog, Shimla A/P Verma Niwas, near Hill Grove School, Frud Sanjauli arrested in case FIR No 167/16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli is on Police remand up to 03.08.2016
