Crime Report on August, 07 ,2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 37/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal today, on 07.08.2016 U/S 279, 304 a IPC on the statement of Sh. Dil Bahadur S/o Sh. Narender Singh R/o village Gharapani P/o Shobaghat Distt Surket Oda No.09 Aanchal Beri Nepal age 58 years A/P C/o Sh. Shamsher Singh R/o Jhalta thesil Jubbal alleging therein that on 06.08.2016  at about 8:15 PM he saw a vehicle No UK 07CA 1325 Pik-Up fell down in to Pubber River from the road near Dangu Dhank in which Bhagat Singh S/o Sh Dhan Dass R/o village Nanso Kando P/o Koti Kangal Tehsil Tiwani Distt Tiwani Distt Dehradoun UK and another unidentified person died on the spot . The case is being investigated by  HC Gopal Singh I/O PP Sarswati Nagar.

2. An Accident case FIR No 50/16 has been registered at PS Sunni 07.08.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC 187 MV Act on the statement of Naveen Kumar S/o Mast Ram R/o Village & P/o Karyali Teh Sunni Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on  07.08.2016 when he was at his shop and he saw a tipper No HP17-6530 and another truck No HP64-5688 collided at Sunni in which the dvr of tipper suresh kumar and some other persons who were sitting in the tipper sustained injuries. the driver of the truck No HP64-5688  namely Bodhraj ran away after the accident. The case Is Being Investigated By ASI Suresh Kumar I/O PS Sunni.

3. During last 24 hours 367 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 224 & fine realized Rs. 57,000/- and 72 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.  8,500/-

   Inquest Report

   Deceased Pritam Singh S/o Sh Prakesh Chand village Jool P/o Kotla Baghi Tehsil Rajgarh Distt Sirmour died at jurisdiction of PS Jubbal due to Unknown reason. Postmortem will conducted at CH Jubbal and proceeding under section 174 CrPC is under process.

1. Accused  Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Keshav Ram Sharma  R/O V.P.O. Karyali Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No 55/16 Date 15-2-16 U/S 457,380 IPC  at 8-45 P.M.on 03.08.2016 by HC Parkash P.S. West Shimla is on Police remand up to 08.08.2016

2. Accused Kalu Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Devu ram R/o Village Khaltu, PO Lagoti, Tehsil Anni, Distt. Kullu arrested in case FIR No 97/16 on 04.08.2016 U/S 376,506 IPC and 4 of POCSO Act at PS Kumarsain is on Police Remand upto 08.08.2016.

3. Accused Lokinder Gharti S/o Sh Prakesh Chand VPO Salyan Anchal Beri Nepal arrested in case FIR No 105/16  on 25.05.2016 U/S 363, 366, 376 IPC and 4 of POCSO Act at PS Rampur is on Police remand up to 09.08.2016.
