Crime Report on August 02, 2016

1. A Theft case FIR No 94/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 01.08.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh Shiv Dyal  S/o Lat Sh Naryan Dass village Kotidhar P/o Bhutti Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleging therein that on 01.08.2016 some unknown person stolen away 70 boxes of apple from the road side at Kotidhar. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj.
2. An Accident case FIR No 64/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 02.08.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal I/C PP Baghi alleging therein that on intervening night of 01/02.08.2016 a vehicle No.HP63B-1901 (Alto 800) met with an accident at Pounri Dhar Near Baghi in which two person namely Sunil S/o Sh. Rajedner R/o village Khangta P/o Tikkar Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla HP and Prabhudayal S/o Sh.Lal Chand R/o Village Hastari P/o Tikkar Tehsil Rohru sustained injuries .The case is being investigated by Asi Roshan Lal I/C PP Baghi.
3. An Attempt to Burglary case FIR No 155/16 has brrn registered at PS Sadar today on 02.08.2016  U/S 457, 380, 511 IPC on the statement of Sh Swaran Singh S/o Sh Bhigi Chand R/o 2nd Floor Guleria House Dhudli P/o Dhudhali Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that intervening night of 01/02.08.2016 he was sleeping in his home suddenly he listened some sound from the house of his neighbor Mr R.M Guleria. On the incident he called his neighbors and Police and caught a person namely, Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh Sant Ram R/o village VPO Kohbag Tehsil and Distt Shimla red handed inside the house that was steeling some articles from the house. The case is being investigated by Amar Dutt I/C PP Lakkar Bazaar.
4. During last 24 hours 468 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 201 & fine realized Rs. 50,500/- and 72 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.  6,100/-

1. Accused (i) Bharat Bhushan S/o Sh Khamesh Chand village Firnu P/o Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (ii) Ghanshyam S/o late Sh Aasham Ram village Baner P/o Shiwan Tehsil Kumarsain arrested in Case FIR No 92/16 U/S 302, 34 IPC  on 29.07.2016 send to Judicial custody up to 12.08.2016 by Ld Court.

2. Accused Akanksh S/o Sh. Brij Lal Kashyap R/o Village Chikhad, PO & Tehsil Theog, Shimla A/P Verma Niwas, near Hill Grove School, Frud Sanjauli arrested in case FIR No 167/16 U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli is on Police remand up to 03.08.2016.

3. Accused Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh Sant Ram R/o village VPO Kohbag Tehsil and Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 155/16 on 02.08.2016 U/S 457, 380, 511 IPC at PS Sadar is being produced before Ld Court, today.
